The Silly Seahorse Indoor Playcentre and Cafe

Good place for under 6. Not too big which is great to be able to keep an eye on kids without having to chase around after them everywhere.

The establishment seems small when you first enter, but the Silly Seahorse is a lovely little nook to bring your kids on a rainy weekend. The cafe has good coffee and a simple but tasty menu. Featuring radiant heaters over the tables, free wifi and a few scattered couches it was the most enjoyable play centre we've been to in ages.

Lovely play centre. Clean. Not the biggest or most modern but the kids loved it. Food is okay. Plenty of tables and a couple of couches. Separate play area for 2 and under, bouncy castle, ride on toys, ball pits, and the normal climb, explore, slide areas. We really liked that there was hardly anyone there - we went midweek so it may be busier on the weekends. It was good value and we'll be back.

This play centre has changed hands recently and by all accounts appears to be on the improve.

The food offering is much better if nothing else.

The place has definitely improved! I believe it has new owners. I used to come here before and was ok, it’s an easy place if you have young kids and/or more than one.but was not the cleanest or the friendliest of places.
But last two times I’ve been there definitely noticed a big improvement in both aspects! Place is super clean and staff/owners (?) are so friendly and nice! Looks like they’ll have new toys too so that’s great! Kids even got a Xmas pressies from them! So sweet!
Makes you really want to support small local businesses! Thanks and keep up the great work!
