The Settlement at Cranbourne

I had a problem putting in my order, went straight to menu log, got frustrated so went down their and the wonderful bottle shop guy put my order in for me, thanks so much the, meal was delicious

Had food delivered, was late in arriving and only semi warm. The food was tasteless and overpriced. $70 worth of disappointment. The ribs were tough, small amount and flavourless. The chicken was dry and garlic potatoes tasted like they just had a bunch of mayonnaise dumped in it. What a total shame and expensive waste of time.

I have been missing a pub Parma I didn't really think it would be the same as having it fresh on site
It was hot generous in size the chips were fresh and crunchy.
The salad was basic but super fresh just the way I like them.

Bought half a dozen Kilpatrick oysters for take away and drove home open the bag and saw 4 pcs.fresh oysters so i drove back to get a refund staff is rude never said sorry for the inconvenience it caused me been here many times before as a local i support local pub but you should look after the customer too!
What a disappointment ️

Always a big serving here, leave with a food coma every time. Parama's were enjoyed by my partner. Only suggestions because I don't see these as issues more like notifications for The Settlement; firstly lactose free milk like Zymil, I can't have soy or almond unfortunately and lastly it may have been just the day but the chips that came out with the Parmas weren't cooked completely through
Not day ruiners, this has been my 3rd or 4th time here with family and it is just a nice welcoming place to come for lunch and dinner, I do recommend

Love this place. Always our first choice when eating out.
Calamari is the best. And can't beat their basic salad. Perfect!

Food is definitely below average and not very vegetarian friendly (super limited and zero veg children’s menu options)
Given the prices of the meals I would have expected at least a half decent meal.

You didn't ask how my stay was at check out, so I'll let you know here. Just really average! I had to turn the heater off at night because it was too noisy, making a strange heaving sound. So it was cold. It was also disappointing that we couldn't order a couple of bowls of porridge to be delivered to our room for breakfast for my son and I. I get that it was mother's Day, but I'm sure I paid for a breakfast with my room, and somehow my breakfast option became to pay for a huge mother's Day buffet. I was happy to pay for a small breakfast to be delivered to my room (even though I'm sure a breakfast was meant to be included) but that wasn't even possible. Reception staff at check out were not particularly hospitable. Not even a - have a nice day. We were standing their waiting for what's next for the check-out and it turns out she'd just gone back to work. It was weird. Not like a normal hotel unfortunately.

Woah! Can't wait to come back again! Booked this place for a terrific rate at ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ. ᴄᴏᴍ I like this resort and I'm really happy I stayed at my favorite hotel for less than what I usually pay.

We had a very pleasant stay here for a few days, large comfortable room with old styling throughout.

The cafe kicked me out because I was standing next to someone who snuck into the pokies the weekend before during COVID restrictions? They didn’t even ask me for more details just said get out and refused to listen to me. Terrible customer service, I will be telling my family and friends to never visit this venue again.

Just got back from a wonderful dinner @ the bistro. Staff were friendly & courteous.
The food was delicious! Hope no more lock down so I can revisit again!

Have just ordered the seafood platter for 2.absolutely perfect.perfect mussels.perfect fish.perfect prawns.all together a perfect meal.highly recommend it.

Nice meal, staff friendly. The table next to us sure enjoyed our pizza you gave them! Refunded with no issues.

If you are in the neighbourhood, and you feel like a quick snack.pop into their gaming room and try their chips ($3). Best chips in the area as far as I am concerned. Freshly cooked, tasty, without too much fat. For those that need to wash it down.have a refreshing glass of beer or if no alcohol is your choice.some ice topped with ginger.you won't regret it. Lovely meals - good service and choices
But very noisey in the bistro and kids running around constantly unsupervised so made more noise.

The timeless designed interior of the bistro that beams with natural light is a great atmosphere for a small bite and refreshing drink. Unfortunately only a 4 star rating because customer service fell flat. Despite a near empty floor, we felt rushed and the attendant lacked the basics of customer service ie. Greeting, smiling, eye contact.

Edit 8 months on: Poor customer service from the older lady with black hair. So rude for customer service!

Love this place, great food.great atmosphere.been here to have dinner with family.trivoa nights with mates.just come to have a beer with my brother.been through the drive through bottlo myself a few times.this places is awesome and never had a negative experience

Had the eye filet beautifully cooked to my liking other around vey happy with their meals as well
