66Went there Monday for a birthday celebration the kids ordered Parma and the adults ordered parmigiana also kids said after the meal that it was cold and we could see it was over cooked the adults complained about their meals being cold and overcooked the meals were replaced with overcooked and microwaved hot food never again a waste of time and money
DO NOT GO HERE we ordered 2 bolognese parmas and a schnitzel, they were just warm burnt chicken was dry and so was the bolognese meat it was like they had cooked them hours ago and then just melted cheese on it they were gross they also came out like 5 minutes after ordering shouldnt be that quick
Food was great in the bistro and the staff were so friendly and accommodating.great play area for the kids too!
Visited here with my family and satisfied with the hospitality we received. On top of that, food was amazing and didn’t take much time to be served. I’m gonna visit it again for sure!
We had a big breakfast here for my big little sister's birthday Great service great food.thankyou
We were looking forward to a meal tonight - but no seniors menu
Why would you alienate such a huge part of your clientele
We won’t come back
Visited today for lunch with friends & our kids. The service was absolutely fantastic by each staff member. The manager was very kind & accommodating! Our food was delicious & the kids loved their milkshakes. Definitely recommended! Thank you:)
This place use to be amazing, will never return. Had calamari salad while average at best at the time the fact I've been in the bathroom most of the night vomiting which will ensure my non return. I witnessed a kitchen member touching his face then plates so basic food hygiene practices needs to be addressed clearly.
Caught up with friends for dinner and drinks good night not so good on the pokies as usual house wins
Had a great pizza, the rest of the table enjoyed their food as well, staff were great they were very welcoming
Its ok. Meal quality seems to change each time we visit. Some good, some average.
Milkshakes.not so good.
Great place to hava coffee and play the pokies, large cafe area and outside area, on the food side id say average, had a parma veg and chips today with choc mud cake for desert, parma was luke warm as well as the chips and the veggies were cold, the choc cake was supposed to be warm but id say was in microwave for maybe 8sec at best
Pizza was great but you need to stop prioritising bistro customers orders over bar customers as we clearly saw the tickets being swapped by chefs. Staff blamed the Pizza maker as he was new, I told him what I saw and no F's given.
Credit to the Pizza maker you did a great job, no credit to the bistro chefs or front bar staff!
Food Door dash: For the 3rd time now I waited nearly 3hrs for my food, I live 5 mins from the hotel and my order was aranci balls only, after 3 ph calls and absolutely no apology my order arrived stone cold and $9 delivery fee I'm done! We have been going there for years and from here on in they will not have our $$$ anymore
The food was great, but when busy took a little longer.
Drinks were better than usual and the front bar/cafe style eating area was well catered for the amount of people.
Food wasn't the great and not much for what we paid and coffee asked for double shot which cost an extra 70 cent and was still weak. So don't think we will be goin back at any time
No atmosphere purely because of lack of clientele due to COVID, but food is well priced and tasty
Organised a family pre-Christmas dinner - the service was poor, meals were average at best: very disappointed. It seems there is a new Management Team in place which has brought a once highly regarded local institution down to a shadow of its former self.
We will not waste our time nor money there again ; better off at Kellys or Lynbrook.
Great service, the staff were great. Food was nice. I liked that they had a separate menu for gluten free meals, made it very easy to see what options I could order without having to bother staff with lots of questions.
