The People Plumber have been fantastic to deal with it. Once contacted the response was immediate and Ashley was on my doorstep the same day a couple of hours later.

He quickly identified the problem and fixed it. He was efficient, provided great communication and advice on preventing the issue again. Also very tidy in his work. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I found Ash at random, looking to replumb a 1950s apartment. Ash completed easily what the last plumber refused to do. Ash is super fast, obviously skilled, his prices are fair and he's just great to have around. He's a gem.

Ash is incredible! I called for a quote, he literally came around within 5mins (he was in the area) and was very pleasant to deal with. We are doing a complete bathroom renovation (1st timers), he listened to what we wanted and was out of there quickly. The quote was very detailed, which we loved. We picked him because of his 5 star ratings but his price was also the lowest we got.
His communication prior to the job was quick to respond and thorough. When he came to do the work he was on time (even slightly early!) You can see he takes a lot of pride in his work. Any slight hiccup or unexpected problem (at no fault of Ash's, just working with an old brick apartment), Ash never stopped smiling. He had a 'fix-it' attitude and wanted to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. This was the 1st time meeting Ash, but it honestly felt like we had our mate giving us a hand.
Being a 1st time renovator you hear all these horror stories about tradies but Ash is the complete opposite! His business name is so perfectly accurate, love it! We will be doing more renos in the future and will only work with Ash now! Can't thank you enough

I initially called Ash to come out to quote me up for some plumbing work to be done on my roof as part of my renovation and after meeting with him, ended up giving him the full job for the whole plumbing work that needed to be done.
My renovation entailed of the Kitchen & Bathroom moving to different spots and adding a completely new bathroom and laundry - the size of the job did not phase Ash.
He came out when he said he would, the quote came back in a timely manner and the pricing was more than reasonable. All the work outlined was what was done and there were no loopholes or exclusions that you may come across from others.
Ash and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with and I am extremely satisfied with the work - I know how found my plumber for all jobs - big or small - moving forward.

I highly recommend Ash. I needed a gas plumber to connect my new BBQ to natural gas. Not only was he the only plumber to return my call just after Christmas but he showed up when he said and charged what he quoted - even though the job turned out to be more than expected.
