I picked The People's Plumber because of the high review score, and the large number of reviews, and because I try to use local businesses when I need a job done.

Ash was the first to respond to my call, with a quick text asking for photos, and was first to come back to me with a quote based on those photos.

A couple of other local businesses also quoted, but Ash's was equal best in terms of price, so he got the business because he was fastest.

The plumber (it wasn't Ash, but someone who works with him) came out to do the job same day, and it was done well and quickly. I asked for another job to be done as well, and it was also done quickly and well.

Ash let me know that there'd be no charge for the extra job - an unexpected surprise, but welcome!

Highly recommended - I'll be calling Ash for my next job (which will be bigger - bathroom reno).

Ash is a friendly and professional plumber with great work ethic, excellent service and communication. He responded promptly and fitted us in when we needed a leak fixed quite urgently, but it was no trouble for him to look at a couple more smaller issues.
