He has the right attitude and went way beyond his task to install a wall hung basin including all the fixtures, he even gave us a hand to install the towel rails and some robe hooks. His positive character made it easy to work with him. He left the place very tidy and dropped back at the end of the day to make sure no leaks are at the new bottle track. Ash has done lots of plumbing around the house for me over the years. He's very reliable, honest and good value!

We first met Ash 5 years ago. We needed a toilet replaced in a 1930’s home and he was the only person who was willing to even quote on the job. He turned up within 24 hours of us reaching out, quoted giving us both a straightforward set of options and an honest recommendation. Having gone with his recommendation we sourced the replacement toilet and Ash and his workmate turned up as promised; only to find that our toilet once unboxed was broken in half. He took this in his stride and worked with us to get a replacement delivered and installed the same day. The installation was to an amazing standard and the area was left spotless.

Fast forward 5 years and our hot water service was playing up in mid-winter. One message and two hours later he was at our home to assess the situation. Again he gave us an open and honest assessment, a clear set of options and his recommendation. He identified the root cause of the problem which meant we now have a solution in place that will last for the long term. Someone once said to me that a proper tradesperson is three things: a problem solver, someone who does the right job, and someone who does the job right. Ash is all three in spades and we would highly recommend him; without a doubt he is certainly who we will continue to go to with our plumbing needs.

It's been about 4 years since we've used these guys to replace a broken cistern. Ash showed up on time, quoted fairly and completed the job on time and at a very high standard of workmanship. After his visit today to fix a leaky toilet, I'm very pleased to say that the standard of workmanship is maintained, along with his prompt service, enthusiasm and good sense of humour. This company is a keeper!

Ashley has fixed internal leaks, roofing leaks, replaced rusted down-pipes as well as serviced our gas heater and replaced a tap set. He's always timely, professional and so easy to work with. He's the most reasonable and reliably tradesman I have ever met and his work is always excellent.

Had this mob undertake our bathroom renovations. Needless to say we won't be recommending them to anyone. Poor workmanship. Sloppy. Damaged products on install. A complete nightmare. Save yourself a lot of stress and heartache and look elsewhere.

Ash provided excellent service to me. He is friendly, efficient, and hard working. My place required complete replumbing from Meter to every point for both Gas and water services. He came for inspection, sent me an quote on the same day, completed rough-in for water and gas, replaced old terracotta stormwater pipe to PVC, and he wasn't hesitated to come back to install fixtures at separate timeline for Kitchen, Bathroom, and Laundry. We were so lucky to find such helpful person for our project. I highly recommend him for replacing complete plumbing in old houses.

Called, spoke to ash and was told he’d check schedule and get back to me. Called again hours later as I hadn’t heard back and as soon as I said I was waiting on a call back he hung up on me and then ignored further calls. Wasted a day waiting for him.
