The Original PC Doctor

This company advertise that they are local and after you pay over the phone for the initial fee, they then get you to ship it to Victoria. Awesome if Victoria was the state I lived in, a little different as I live in QLD! Told me that it would take 5 days to repair and have now been waiting over 3 weeks. They don’t even bother calling to let you know what’s happening. I still have no computer as today they said at least another 10 days. I just want my computer back and a refund so that I can get it fixed elsewhere.

Had a person named Jay come out to help me with some PC issues I couldn't resolve myself. I say the service was good and we covered some more issues then just the one I had. An excellent help

I had some problems but was able to work through them with help from the strong management team.

BEWARE! Do NOT order from this company.
I Ordered a laptop in June. It is now September and still not delivered and no one will get back to me with an estimated delivery date.
3 months waiting to deliver a laptop is disgustingly poor service. They Rarely answer the phone and just want to say we will get back to you and hang up. They promise to call back seven times and NEVER did that once.
BEWARE SHOP ELSEWHERE Pay more if you have to it is better than getting nothing for your money.

The response that I have the wrong company is not true. The fact that I am not on the books is invalid. The order was made by me for a person with a disability and has not been filled.

The Original PC Doctor is our go-to home help desk. James was fantastic. He used remote PC control to walk my young son through the problems he was having with his PC, explained what was happening and why and what they needed to do to fix it. He also gave him some good advice on how to safeguard his pc in the future. I recommend them highly

Great service from Andre. He knows his stuff and was able to fix my computer screen flickering and email issues within service time. Andre seems to be a very high level technician and is a very nice chap. He likes a nice cuppa and few bickies to help problem solving and loved patting my pet dog. Thanks Andre and PC Doc team.

I'd have to say who said service these days is dead. Probably me but was proved wrong. I sent a message to the PC doctor to help migrate all my data and emails off an old windows 7 machine onto a new windows 10. Andy was great from start to finish in a extremely timely manner as I needed it done the same day. Very knowledgeable and professional I wouldn't hesitate to use him and PC doctor again. Five stars.

Terrible service. Quoted a server upgrade that was to be done on a Saturday. We were told that it would happen on 3 separate Saturdays, we booked staff to come into the office, and they never turned up.
Wont return phone calls or emails.
Would recommend NEVER using this business.

Great customer service! Received a call soon after my online request. Home service (by Jay) the next day. Computer fixed in 2 days.

Great service, very quick and thorough, had issue fixed on same day as issue arose, customer service extremely helpful and would definitely use again if I had any issues with my PC.

Technician made contact promptly and agreed a time to arrive but due to another job we negotiated a new time a couple of hours later-no problem. Tech was courteous, knowledgeable, well dressed and a true professional.

Great service and knowledge from the call reception to the home service technician (Shout out to Eugene).
