After being stuffed around by another company, I contacted the PC doctor as guided by other's feedback. So after an initial slight rocky start, the team at PC doctor (the lady who answered my call, Emmuel, Mark and Paul) were quick to address my concerns and provided great customer service and support, which I appreciate greatly. I ended up purchasing a PC from them. Delivery time was quick and Paul was patient and efficient with assisting me. Thank you team for your help and I will use your services again down the track, if need be.

Technician Paul, was fantastic, came to get my Optus emails working properly even though it was Optus fault, they couldn't reset my webmail password. He came home until the issue was resolved. The best thing about him was his patience and ability to deal with them in a professional manner. Highly recommend him. He also organised a new custom desktop and migrated all my data across. I would whole heartedly recommend him.

Paul was head of time for the appointment. Diagnosed the internet problem in less than 30 Seconds. Organised a replacement modem with telstra. Very professional can't recommend him enough AAA+.

Paul was excellent. Fixed my puter.however got email receipts for $295 & paid (cash) $345. Thought at the time it was too much.but so pleased 2 have it working I said nothing. Prob wouldn't use them again.

As with an earlier service visit, Moe was prompt in his arrival, very friendly and totally professional. Once again, he fixed a number of issues that were beyond my capacity and causing me anxiety. I have no hesitation in recommending Moe and he Original PC Doctor.

Great prompt and convenient service, broken PC was fixed in 2 days without us having to leave the house. All very easy and Edward was professional and quickly identified the problem, the fix required, cost and turnaround time. All went as planned. Would recommend.

Just used the Pc Doctor for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised that the guy they sent out “Peter” was just like there web site proclaims. I felt very comfortable with Peter, he sorted out my issues and actually explained what he was doing. I have used a few other home Pc services over the years, never the same one twice. I would not hesitate using Pc Doctor again and I highly recommend them.

Very efficient service with good communication. Needed help to set up a NAS and access old NAS after losing password. Tech was skilled knowledgeable and was able to come to my place on a Sunday saving me time. He provided good advice and info and arrived on time and worked solidly to resolve my issue. I would highly recommend this service.

Paul and the PC Doctor were fantastic. They could not solve my problem but it was a software issue and I am certain they did everything in their power to help. They really went above and beyond which is so very rare in today's world. They are Professional, on time, fast, highly knowledgeable and really lovely people to deal with. very efficient, found the problem quickly, and explained what was wrong. Everything was sorted by 11.00 am. I can recommend Original PC Doctor without hesitation. Extremely pleased with their service today.

These guys are great. I have used them constantly whenever I have problems with my work computers. Either setting up a NAS server, fixing up dead or dying Laptops or fixing bugs in Windows they always do a fantastic job.
