I love that this experience is exactly how they described it would be. I had so much communication from them it was great, very professional and transparent. I made an appointment very quickly and locked it all in for a couple of days later (my reasons not theirs) but then the next day needed to change it. They were super helpful with this, it wasn't any trouble to sort out another time. Paul turned up on time and was very respectful and fixed the issue with my son's computer within the hour and talked through many aspects of his system with him to improve how it would all run. Super happy. Cannot fault this service/company in any way.

Jay was very helpful and made sure that I understood everything better. It can be confusing so to have a genuine person helping is a god send.

I thought I was scammed by someone online and might have a virus on my MACBook and iPhone. I was freaking out and needed someone to help quickly as I am a sole business owner and don't have IT help.

I called another provider (who I knew of already) and they couldn't come out until the evening and they could only look after my MacBook (not my iPhone).

Then I called The Original PC Doctor and they had someone come out onsite within 2 hours, who helped me with both my MacBook and my iPhone and they were HEAPS CHEAPER too!

Now I can relax and not worry about it anymore and get back to making money!

My Toshiba Satellite had been running slower and slower. I needed to access Word to review my Christmas Card List and shock, horror, Word would not open. The error message was that the computer was not configured to run Word. Could not fix this myself. Had used PC Doctor in the past, so gave them a call. Kathy sent Jay out to assess the problem. Jay was very patient given my non-technical explanation. Once he had turned on the computer he worked out that the hard disk was dead and needed to be replaced. Jay needed to take my laptop away in order to put in the new hard disk and migrate my data. My laptop is working as good as new. Saved me a big headache. Thank you Jay and Kathy.

So easy to arrange a site visit and they handled all of my issues really quickly and efficiently! So happy with their service!

Paul came out and fixing our networking problems in an hour. Was very knowledgeable and got straight to fixing this as soon as he arrived and looked like he knew what he was doing straight from the get go.
Had a Geek come out previously and didn't know what they were doing and didn't fix our problem after a couple of hours!

Computer problems need to be handled efficiently. PC Doc did a great job. Booking was timely, the tech arrived on time and the problem resolved, to my relief, inside an hour.

Luiz was super helpful, fast and knowledgeable. He explained things well, he was transparent, didn't talk down to me or scoff at me not knowing much. He wasn't rushed, which I was kind of expecting, but I was so glad he was not.

Importantly to me, I felt really safe having him at my house. That was something I was a bit nervous about.

Because the process of moving my data from one place to another has taken longer than just the day he was here, I really appreciate the ability to have him call me. I think the 14 days of support is genius.
