Accessibility for people with disability is terrible, the stair platform lift can't take motorised chairs, in serious need of an upgrade

Visited twice. Nice local theatre. Sound system is not the best thing they have. Although, the atmosphere is lovely.

Thoroughly enjoyed the night. The Greatest Shows was a well executed performance by every one involved. The Melbourne musical theatre is a in great hands judging by the calibre of performers on display tonight.

Most uncomfortable seats I have ever sat in. It is an absolute disgrace. My back will take weeks to recover.

Give the 4 stars on its Heritage Value,
Plus its describe the meaning of Performing Theatre,
Sanitary facilities are good, and it center of shops and restaurants, parking is not bad, but tell you, finding a free parking is a lotto. But you will win in eagle eyes,
Be sure to discuss with organisers availabilty,
And ticket booking can be granted via web link as well,
Hope you deal with those.

Had a terrible experience as a visitor of one student. Was shown the door and told to stay out in cold for not knowing the name of teacher, instead of directing me to admin department to check.

Thanking for The National Theatre for housing such noble events.
