Was nice:) sat me near a window and that freaked me out a bit but they had no way to know that I'm autistic and they didn't judge or ask questions when I asked for paper cups

Awesome food, great staff and service. A special mention to Erin, what a lovely young lady. She really went above and beyond to make our night special.

Amazing food for a pub in a small town and a great menu. Blown away by my perfectly cooked rib eye with fresh vegetables. Service was very helpful and attentive. Only reason it wasn’t 5 stars was atmosphere but as I said, small town so can’t have it all. But would be my pick of the bunch.

Probably the best steak I've had out in Ballarat. Will be returning, decent size meal plus friendly staff made our visit here great. 5*

I feel like I'm back in Ireland. Just the accents aren't the same ;-) It's a great place for a couple of pints after work, or over the weekend just. Nice people who drink here and nice staff that work here. Good Sunday sessions once a month with live music. Friday night raffles too...

I loved the Munster Arms Hotel. Very friendly and warm atmosphere and Brodie Glen provided some wonderful entertainment with some solid acoustic classics.

Great staff and all the food that came out looked delicious. Would love a bit more variety with some craft beers but otherwise great.

The team was understaffed although their friendly service made up for the wait. Food was delicious accompanied with the best side salad I have ever eaten. THANK YOU

Big hearty meals and friendly service. Loved the parmi, the calamari, the special of the day (ribs) and the delicious winter mulled wine. (shout out to the chefs who make the magic happen) Limited seating due to covid-19 physical distancing measures. Recommend you book.

Dark. Expensive drinks. I appreciate the whole theme restaurant thing but there was little to recommend me going back to this particular venue with very low lights and some very very expensive drinks in vaguely disgusting horns.i really wanted to like this place, but no absolutely not.

Warm, friendly staff. Delicious food. Coming here was a highlight of our trip to Ballarat. We came to escape the smoke and The Munster provided a welcoming haven.

Great for dinner or a couple of quiet beers. Food was fantastic and well cooked. Steak came out medium rare which is what I asked for.
Service is on the ball and consistent.
Well done not only to the chef's but also the bar and table staff. Will diffently be back when im back up visiting.
