This was a great experience for our group of seniors on a great night out. Very attentive and understanding young wait staff.
The food was excellent and plentiful; serves being generous and not too spicy. Good understanding of gluten free needs and several options on the menu. Nice decor, very atmospheric in the Mexican style. Indoor and outdoor areas available.

We came to Mex after a couple years, since then a lot has changed. So watch out for the review dates.
Good place for a catch up with friends if you can survive on nachos and drinks (not all drinks are fair priced)

You are super rushed to order - better scan the menu before coming or like us you would have to ask the staff to give you a couple minutes atleast 5times
Sesame chicken starter has more fries than chicken $17!
Food was fresh and ambience relates to the cuisine alright.

Not as good as it used to be. Menu has changed to more of a tex mex style and it just isn't as good. We sat outside and could only order via a phone menu it was so frustrating we spent most of our time on our phones.

Attended with a friend from Noosa. Great vibe; spacious, well decorated and clean with fantastic and friendly staff. Food lovely and tasty. Will not hesitate to do the same again especially with visitors. Thank you

Staff were friendly, atmosphere was sooo chilled and relaxed. We had a great time. Since moving to the surf coast we'd been looking for good Mexican food and we found it!

Felt very rushed arrived at 7: 45 and was asked about 5 times if we are ready to order within the 15 mins we got there, when originally we were told we had up until 8: 30 to order. Then 2 different people came up and asked if we wanted to order dessert when we already had. I don’t think communication among waitresses were great but hey we were there for the food. Just would have liked to think about it a bit more.

Delicious food and excellent service. The venue was warm and inviting. I'd definitely be happy to go back again soon.

One good thing has come from isolation. I discovered The Mex down the road. It's now a Saturday tradition to order awesome takeaway nachos!

They never know what the minimum is for takeaway, for the first time tonight they wouldn't deliver, frustrating.

What a well oiled machine! The Saturday of a long weekend after relaxed restrictions and it did not disappoint. The friendly girl on phone gave me advice on wait times, took orders early based on what time you wanted to pick up, delivered to the car and food was delicious. Will definitely be back.

Go above and beyond for their customers! I asked for a pirate to be drawn on my packaging and they did.

Great vibe, great food, great venue. The staff were very friendly. We had the Jalapeno poppers, chilli lime nachos, the buffalo wings and the Flan de Qeso. Overall great experience. We will definitely be back.

Very popular eatery in Ocean Grove - best to book. Fast service and delivery. Our son didn't like the kid's meal chicken strips, but they tasted fine to us. Very salty, though. Chilli con carne nachos not that spicy, and way too much cheese sauce, which spoiled it for me. Pollo burrito bowl very tasty. Fair range of margaritas.

Great service - yummy food. Although they were busy managed to fit us in at last minute. Very accommodating with menu alterations due to bring pregnant. Rolled out of there couldn't stop eating the delicious food. Will definitely come back next time visiting

Great not so hidden gem in Ocean Grove. Food is good tex mex. The staff are always friendly. During summer booking is a must. Very worth it.
