The Laughing Fox Cafe

I visited this cafe again today for a coffee and their fabulous burgers. This cafe is truly deserved to be named as the “Gem of Emerald”. Extremely nice coffee and food. Thanks Laughing Fox. I will visit you more often.

Gr8 coffee, delicious Eggs Benni with smoked ham, smoked ham flavor was tops.

Such friendly new owners. Their home baked chocolate brownie was delicious. It was a toss up between that and a scone which looked terrific.next time.along with the caramel hedgehogs!

Probably the best beef burger I've had In a while. Even the staff was very friendly and polite.

On a motorbike ride just came in to get a quick coffee oh my gosh I've got to get back here for food this place goes off in the mountains people love this place I can see why come in have something to eat.

The Staff were absolutely wonderful preparing a delicious serve of ice cream for my grandchildren. The long black coffee was one of the best I have had in a long time. Awesome l will be back.

A very sweet cafe in Emerald. The staff were all lovely and the food delicious. I loved the fox artwork around the place and that it wasn't cramped in. Very busy but the staff took it in their stride, along with some odd clientele. Decent prices, good location. Plenty of take home treats to buy and well, such as jams and preserves.

The food is always yummy. My favorite is the Moroccan chicken salad and the Foxy burger. The best homemade scones I've ever eaten. And the ice Chai is delicious. The atmosphere is very friendly and has a happy vibe. The staff are always warm and friendly. The service is great. My dad likes to meet me there and he comes all the way from Altona!

Best service I've had in a cafe hands down. My 2yo was treated like a little person, not an attachment and not an adult. Food was generous and good. Will return.

Lovely Emerald boasts the Laughing Fox Cafe, perfect for a tasty lunch. Wonderfully friendly staff who are happy to make an off menu chicken and salad sandwich, even when they are basically full - so nice. Great little menu with a good range of GF options.

Worth the drive to Emerald, the service is homely and the food full of flavour. Please take time to try these guys out and see for yourself. The cafe is right across from the Puffing Billy stop and well worth a visit.

We had a fabulous lunch at this sweet little cafe. My fussy children enjoyed their meals, which is always a challenge at an unfamiliar place. The staff were lovely, and I enjoyed looking at all the fox art works and nicknacks. Emerald is a great place to stop on the Puffing Billy ride.
