Really lovely coffee, friendly staff and they make wonderful home made croissants. Hasn't even known this place existed but lockdown makes you explore i guess. Definitely worth it!

Just a bit on the expensive side.

My husband & I are disappointed with the new set up
At the restaurant. The tables outside were not cleared as folks left. We waited over 1 hour to receive our food. We were forgotten as people that came after us got theirs. There are not enough staff for a weekend. Their system needs to be thought over more, staff doing multiple jobs can’t concentrate & do a professional job & do it well.
We won’t be back.

Cosy and beautiful place to dine in. Very friendly staff with Table service. Reasonable price with great coffee and food. You should expect a little wait for food as they are very busy but definitely worth it. My chicken satay was great and I have't had such a nice satay for a while. 100% recommended.

Food on menu discription different to what you receive.
Baked jacket potato was cut up pieces of potato like a potato salad with old cabbage which was brown which takes days to accomplish.
English breakfast served with Woolworths cheap BBQ sausages and ingredients.
Eggs I asked for poached and recieved fried.
Coffee ehh.
Not worth the price considering reviews are high rating.
You can pay the same amount and recieve quality elsewhere.
Disappointing.

I visited for an icecream & found it to have a nice atmosphere with helpful staff. There is a playground opposite with a good view of Puffing Billy.

Great place to take a break and grab some food after visiting the nearby Sunday Market. Has outdoor dining space too. There are other places to try but that’s for another weekend.

The food I ordered today was amazing. I haven't had a great meal like that for a long time. The food was far better than I expected. I was very impressed and the staff were so lovely with a great customer service.
Keep up the fantastic work, cant wait to dine in again.

Family run Cafe so they make sure to add the personal touch. Must visit if you are at Emerald.

Since Narzi and Ali took over in Dec last year, The Laughing Fox has become the go to destination in Emerald, for locals and tourists alike. Narzi's superb coffee, arguably the best in town, and the delicious selection of meals that Ali has added to the menu, have become a very popular. And now with the new extension opening, you can come for an evening meal, offering a brand new evening menu, seven days a week. Ali has also applied for a liqour licence and will soon be serving alcohol as well. I visit The laughing Fox almost everyday to get my coffee fix, and the service is always welcoming and friendly I can only say, give it a go!

My wife and I are regulars at the Laughing Fox and love the food and service, and enjoy the company and friendlyness of the owners and staff.

My partner and I Had a great eggs benni for breakfast there this morning. Her banana smoothie was delicious and my iced coffee was really nice.

Stale bread and wait time was a joke. Won't be back. No paper towel. They did bring out a new sandwich, couldn't eat the bread so pulled it apart to eat it. While doing that I found a bug in the lettuce. 4.6* don't Know how

We got a double ice-craem it was delishes and they gave very generous size scoops and the flavours were so tasty. Thank you.

The food is fairly average however the drinks are fantastic. Milkshakes are tasty and large. Coffee is strong and their are options for teas. Overall a good spot to stop

My family have lived in Emerald for decades, we regularly eat lunches in emerald and have tried every restaurant cafe”pub and bakery. NOTHING compares to the food quality and choices available to you if your fussy and are a bit of a fresh foodie EAT here

Sunday Brunch @thelaughingfoxcafe_emerald Just a 30 minute drive from our place is this gorgeous warm cafe in the heart of Emerald. The staff are friendly and service amazing. Was very busy today with many people being turned away as they had reached the 12 person capacity! We were lucky to get a table and as soon as we did we decided on our meals and ordered at the counter. Today we ordered the Eggs Benedict and the Baked Jacket Potato and a couple of Lattes. The coffee came out first and was very good, my strong Latte was rich and creamy even though we requested the lactose free milk! The Jacket potato was beautifully baked served with melted cheese bacon, sour cream on a bed of creamy coleslaw. The eggs Benedict we got with smoked salmon was also extremely delicious and creamy on top a bed of spinach leaves. Overall an amazing experience which we enjoyed and look forward to coming back again soon! Thanks Ali and Nozi & the team at The Laughing Fox Cafe

Visited the Laughing Fox on a cold winter's afternoon. Lovely family cafe with a great range of offerings. Good value, burgers are great. Lots of great pics of foxes on the wall add to the vibe.
