I booked a full makeup application and my makeup experience was amazing. Frances was so kind and attentive. She has a calming energy and created the most beautiful makeup. I really felt like my best self. I recommend the Lab Organics to everyone!

I do love the selection of products, it's the address to go to buy some very good products for all the family. Plus, the service is amazing, I have been very well advised, the lady knew perfectly the different qualities of the products I picked.

One of the most appauling, upsetting experiences in Melbourne. One girl in the store on labour day, no one there, yet every time I asked a question was looked at like they were put out with raised eyebrows. Rude, arrogant, pretentious and did not want my business. Do not employ staff like this, while I was there another person walked out also. The energy was awful. You cannot treat people like your above them and be a retailer. I own a business and appauled at this type of behaviour. Thought it no longer existed. Will never shop here again. I actually view this behaviour as bullying as looking down at people is no longer tolerated. Get your act together and treat people with respect and dignity.

My favourite store! The best selection of brands and products, always new things every-time i go which is dangerous to my bank account. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable, i'm always very happy with my purchases, you must go!

Expensive. Designer goods for people with expendable incomes. Although very expensive.its pretty good

A great range of premium skin care and perfumes, along with bath items and candles, among other things. Some items are pricey, but you are paying for quality and great service.

Lovely ladies, beautiful shop, had a wonderful experience walking around Rathdowne Street today. The Lab Organics was one of the best stores i have visited in my travels to Melbourne. Will definitely be shopping online from now on.

I had the best customer service experience ever! A beautiful french girl (Agnes) helped me to find the best products for my hair and my skin.

First time visit to The Lab Organics to buy my mum a Mothers Day present, was blown away with the experience, beautiful little store, service, brands, and staff knowledge (they knew my mum, and were so helpful with selecting the perfect gift) And the gift wrapping was incredible. This is my new favorite store in Melbourne!

Incredibly rude and obnoxious staff. She was outright offensive actually. If you don't look the part they'll insult you. Let's all give our money to nice people instead of here.
