Nice facility, but really loud guests, the sound of amplifying corridors are not helping at all. Very load place.

The worse accommodation i had been.i have to say it is so bad.out of my imagination.u pay premium price but what u get is a prison small room, single bed for the back packers.share toilet, shower.nothing in the room accept the single bed.and very smelly, too noisy.

Clean Spartan accommodation. Probably a 2 and a half, but the staff were great and the Queen suite bed comfortable.

I know it was Christmas but we paid $230 for the night for 2 of us. No mirror, the pillows smelt bad, and it was so noisy. We won’t be back.

If you are on a budget, this is a great option. People at reception are very friendy and easy going. I totally recommend it!

- Rooms and shared areas like kitchen, TV room and game room looked as I like to call it surface clean but it felt grimy to the touch and you can tell they don't deep clean the place and sheets often.

- Lift was broken so had to climb several flights of stairs several times. The vending machine was not working. The Wi-Fi did not work for iPhone or Mac users for some reason.

- The TV in the TV room was small and had no features like Netflix or YouTube. It was just generic television channels.

- The woman over the phone was patronising to me when I asked to confirm about the massage place. She immediately said this is not a massage place, this is for accommodation even though it clearly says on the website that one of the facilities is a massage place. Don't advertise something on your website and then get annoyed when people ask about it.

- The only pro was that the toilet was relatively clean. Will never stay here again. Save your money and stay somewhere a little bit more expensive but nicer and less stressful.

This place is in a good location and they have plenty of toilet paper. The floors are a bit sticky, but this doesn't really upset me that much. In fact I don't even know why I mentioned it.

Very clean and neat. Big kitchen and lounge area. Lots of entertaining things. Quiet and good location. Highly recommended!

A good bargain for accommodation & the lady Jodie was so helpful & friendly, great to see.

Stayed for three nights late January 2021. Room had four bunks and it's own ensuite, very clean and great reception staff, that made our stay even better. Thank you to the cleaners, who throughly cleaned the common areas, kitchen, lounge. Great central location, plenty of parking on site.

Clean. Very very basic room. Not even a small table to put a glass of water! Beds noisy and quite short. Not welcoming and fairly unfriendly reception staff. Roof top area looks nothing like the picture. Draconian rules: no alcohol, forced to go to your room at 10: 45. All with signs indicating that non adherence to these rules will result in expulsion from the premise. This place has potential, but won't come back.

We spent around $400 each and got prison beds on the wrong side of the island. Imagine having a designated schoolies location that you aren't even allowed to drink in.

My first hostel experience and The Island Accommodation has set the bar high! I stayed in a 6-pax dorm and it was clean and spacious. The bathrooms are great as well. Highly recommended!

Everything so nice and clean, from the bedroom, toilet, shower room to kitchen. Very happy experience to stay in this hostel, highly recommended.

This hostel is great, large shared kitchen and eating area, clean bathrooms and rooms. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed in a big 4 cabin catered for 4 adults 2 kids reasonable price nice cabin nice quiet park plenty for kids to do good location happy to recommend this is the big 4 caravan park

I booked this place really because it was the best we could find on New Year’s Eve in Phillip Island.

We don’t usually do hostel type accom w our kids.well we never had before. I was a bit daunted by the whole share-bathroom thing and how that would work w our kids.

However I was so pleasantly surprised! It was great. Staff lovely, room super clean and spacious enough (we had our own room for the 5 of us), beds/pillows comfy, shared bathrooms clean/perfect.

I also thought we would have been awake all night w New Year’s Eve revellers (we were a bit boring and went to bed pre midnight!) but we didn’t hear a thing!

Linen was provided (but not towels) but that’s ok. Totally recommend.

Very nice hostel, very clean. Spacious common kitchen and chill out areas. Friendly staff. Would have loved to stay longer!

Had a great stay here at The Island Accommodation. The staff upon arrival were lovely and helped us get to grips with the local area. The room was spacious and very clean. The location of the hotel is fantastic also as the local town Newhaven and San Remo are lovely places to walk and shop. I would definitely recommend The Island Accommodation!
