The Groove Train Casey

We love The Groove Train at Narre Warren South. The food is delicious and the staff are friendly and helpful. They always get our order correct and the food service is quick.

Great food but bit disappointed that they don't have high chairs with eating tray. Bit hard for children to eat when the chairs don't fit under table. My granddaughter got upset that she couldn't reach her food.

Absolutely great service, I got a table outside on a relatively cold night but the heaters that they have are great, they keep you just right and the food is great.

The customer service is amazing they really try to help you when you don't know what you want and they were just happy and talkative

All round a great restaurant.

This restaurant can be a hit and miss in terms of staff service.
Have found food to be good.
Storage of items near toilet areas I find interesting.
We dine here multiple times a year for the convenience.

On a Thursday night where other eatery are either closed or empty this place is filled with customers. Ordered the pizza for our first time, tasted and was good. Staff were friendly and service was quite speedy.

Service is non existent after they take your order. Food is just ok, staff prefer to stand and chat. Atmosphere is non-existent and I couldn't wait to leave. Great place to go if you have nowhere else to go.

Love the food, love the service, love the casual atmosphere. Great place for a coffee or a wine. Bron is the bestest waitress but all the staff are great really.

I’m so sick and in a lot of pain right now so super angry! Asked for gluten free bread but after eating almost half a slice I realized it wasn’t! I would have liked an apology.

Only had coffee here so cant comment on food.
Coffee was weak though. In strenth. On that basis and only one visit probably would not return. There are plenty of other coffe shops in this centre.

Awesome Coffee, Super Friendly Staff and Magnificent Food all backed up by Great Service. Easily the BEST Restaurant in Casey! Highly recommend them for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner!

Horrible experience, terrible customer service. Sat down for 20 mins before even being given a menu. Staff just stand around talking at the front, when I ordered a drink it was just put down in the table and he walked off before I could even ask for a drink. I thought maybe he was busy but he just went back to the front and spoke to the other 2 staff members. We could over here the people on the table next to us complaining also. Avoid this restaurant at all costs. Not worth the time or money.

Had arancini they were nicely fried and crisp with full of flavours.burrito was exceptionally tasty with nice blend of Indian and mexican flavours.overall really great experience for a vegetarian

Great food.
Service was excellent.
Only issue was the noise.
So hard to have a conversation.
Would suggest some noise cancelling foam on the roof.

What was on the menu was not what we recieved. There was garlic on steak sandwich. I had had a bite when noticed it.however my tummy is telling me now. I am alergic to garlic. The dish was remaid but after quite a bit of discussion, mind you not with the owner.

Went here with my family to celebrate my Dads birthday and had a great time. The staff were so lovely and accommodating. Great service, delicious food. We will definitely be back!

All staff were warm and friendly. We had the sweetest waitress- extremely hospitable. What a great local place for dinner

Absolutely love this place! There are a variety of things to eat at an affordable price. Staff have great customer service. Visited Melbourne for 10 days and this was our go to for brunch and dinner. Highly recommend:)

We dine here at least twice a week, the food is top class and the staff are so friendly and obliging. The menu is great, full of yummy food, very wide selection. I have never tipped before, but I do for them, it's so worth it.

We tried a Pizza and it was delicious. Much better than the regular branded pizza makers.
Still a lot to discover.

Absolutely disgusted by this place. Staff member FOLLOWED ME HOME with her boyfriend yelling abuse and threats saying 'i know where you live'. This waitress' name is GEORGIA YARDLEY. The Management at Groove Train Casey Central failed to do anything about it. My emails and phone calls were ignored. When i attended to make the complaint I was not offered any resolution, no investigation, no disciplinary action taken, no refund offered, no apology made.
We used to be regular customers at the Groove Train and its safe to safe we will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN, and will encourage others to avoid it. Cannot believe an establishment would keep staff like GEORGIA YARLDEY. We have no option now than to involve police in order to protect our safety.
