The Groove Train

Requested a coffee Frappe waiter stated they could.returns with a coffee milk. Asked waiter to add at least ice cream to sweeten, waiter huffs and puffs it has ice cream.
Hubby has parma, chips and salad with three tiny buts of cheese, burnt crumbs and undercooked chips. Overall it was a terrible meal.

Food used to be quite good but in the last 3 months its really awful. Corn fritters were just a pile of mush without any flavour served with weird coloured salmon. Didnt touch any of it. Typical of all the groove trains i have gone to. Think maybe "chefs" references need to be checked before hiring. Revolting

Ordered calamari and seasoned chips, chicken and avo focaccia and a garlic pizza. My review. There was so much oil on the pizza I was able to wring it out and use it to deep dry some chips at home later that night. If these are seasoned chips I hate to see what unseasoned chips look like. The distribution of fillings in the focaccia left much to be desired. Soft drinks were tip top. Calamari and salad were also tip top. A few minor tweaks to your preparation and there is potential for 5 stars. Thank you for allowing split bills (we couldn’t do this last time) and not charging an eftpos surge. See you next time.

Very average food. Went in after 4pm which is apparently when their breakfast menu ends despite not having signage on the menu or anywhere in sight. Got chips instead, massive bowl of weirdly seasoned chips and a tiny bowl of sauce, bases in other reviews wouldn't be surprised if they reheated my chips for someone at dinner time.

Fantastic! We just keep coming back for more quality food great service and I’m smitten with the huge vegan menu - it’s so delicious!

The fact that after sitting down with my mum, ordering drinks and waiting for the next 10 minutes someone comes over and asks for id that i didn't have even though I am 18 we couldn't get our order. It's totally fair if they ask for id at the start, but after waiting surely there is a better system.

I am always looking for a good salad and I am never disappointed at the Groove Train Greensborough. Fantastic service.

Do not bother with the Groove Train Greensborough restaurant, had to wait 20 minutes for 2 drinks while the staff were just wondering around doing nothing. The food was flavourless and soggy, how do you stuff up a chicken parma? Urban Grooves at Greensborough is 1000 times better!

Worst breakfast ever! The bacon, hashbrown and sausages were leftovers from previous day and just re-fried. Complaint about the food to the waitress who did nothing about it! Food not only looked awful, it tasted terrible. Never again going to Groove Train!

Shocking, lamb tastes like it was reheated and couldn't even cut through it. The feta didn't even taste like feta (cheap off the shelf feta)
Really disappointed cause we used to love this place.
Only got half price off a meal I couldn't even eat.
Food has gone downhill and will not go back.
Not what it used to be!

I then tried to speak to a manager to give feedback they have ignored ato my requests.

Very rude customer service and disgusting drinks. They don’t even apologise for their mistakes and try to argue with you. This is the 3rd time in coming here and regret it EVERYTIME.
Very disappointed with Groovetrain, never had this experience in other branches. Hope they fixe the issues or Shut this place.

Ate out with family, food was horrible and service was below average. Won't be back again. Costs too much for below average food and service

Always come here to eat. Love the atmosphere and seating arrangements. Menu is fantastic and the staff are always kind. 100% recommend if your in the area

Im shocked about owners daughter disgusting i work at greensborough plaza i used to be ur customer i used to spend so much money i ur store until one day i got server by ur daughter amy she was soo rude didn't even want take my order when knows im regular customer and work in centre im very disappointed
