Sales staff are fantastic. The customer desk/check out staff are rude. And probably should look for a job in a non customer-focus role.

We bought new TV and within days had problems. The manufacturer could not resolve even after 7 calls/emails and blocked any talk of replacing it. One call to Good Guys and it was replaced within 2 days- awesome customer service

A huge thank you to Gill and the team at Good Guys Melton. Gill hooked us up with a new fridge, his product knowledge is unbelievable and customer service nothing short of amazing!
Old fridge was taken away and new one in place in less than 24 hours of ordering. We won't buy appliances elsewhere! Thanks again!

Even if you know exactly what you want, you can't get anyone to take your money. There incompetence was good for JB Hi-Fi. They were happy to take my money. Don't waste your time like I did.

Brought 2 samsung galaxy lite 6 for Christmas last year for my 2 daughters. The salesman asked me to purchase concierge I asked if accidental breakage was included. He said yes. So I thought sweet let's buy 2 as the safety of mind was there that if anything happened to their tablets we will be covered by insurance. Wrong. My daughter dropped her tablet accidentally took it to the store. Sorry accidental breakage is not included I was dumbfounded as its the only reason I got the concierge & why I brought 2 straight up. Now my other daughter tablet won't turn on they looked at it for 5 minutes claims my daughter bent it & refused to get it fixed. Now the only reason I brought them because of the concierge was offered to me & yet I have had problems with 2 ipads & not once they have helped me & I have walked away twice highly stressed as no help was provided for both. Be very careful buying from Melton they lie to get a sale & don't follow through with what they sell to you. Up until this sale I enjoyed the store but I never had anything go wrong like this before the fact that they do not honour their sales speech will never shop there again as I dont trust them for how they have treated me.

So, been customers since they first opened in Melton. Been very satisfied with the service, follow up and knowledge of the staff. Especially Nick, who is our go to for everything we buy there. Nick seems to be so in the know with every department. Eg, computers, printers, fridges and our latest purchase dyson outsize vacuum. Just love it. Thank Nick

The salesperson was knowledgeable about the products. The whole process took less than 10 minutes, from enquiry to purchase.
The only disappointment was the lack of stock from that line of product, possibly because of the sales now on, or the time of year.

Happy with the item I was after in stock however not happy with the service from a lady named Lisa. She wasn't shy in making sure to rush the service. I was made to feel like a burden.

Terrible service, the staff are unhelpful and they know little about what they sell. It was very frustrating, I tried to give them a second chance since last time they didn’t deliver my items until I kept calling them.

I make the drive to hoppers crossing good guys, just for the fact I don't want to spend in money in their melton store

Extremely disappointed with the service! Have waited over 10 weeks for a fridge, phoned another store to be told they were in stock at the warehouse, i then phoned melton myself and they organised delivery for the next day received a text message saying thst delivery was being organised for the next day also. Waited around until 4pm on the day of the delievery and hasn't heard anything phoned the store to then be told no its being delivered tomorrow. Very disappointed i had taken a day off work and now will have to take another day off for there mistake! Won't be shopping there again

Fridge/freezer died. (full of frozen goods)
Walked in, got the exact fridge I was after. Delivery and removal of old fridge and installation of new one complete within an hour. Brilliant!
