Nice set up shop, Unfortunately they are not very customer service oriented. Hope they will improve

The sales person here was very good. Even tho i only spent under 20 he was very nice and polite, not like JB Hi-Fi which I spent much more but they dont care.

This Good guys is recommend.

Jordan was an exceptional person, goes above and beyond for customers. Very knowledgeable- the good guys melton should be proud of having him as a valuable member.

Good Guys in Melton require better attention to counter customer service. While waiting in line at counter experienced an unhappy customer nearby needing assistance but was overlooked by staff. The customer was ready to leave shop.
My delivery details were entered by ‘firm’ counter staff however delivery did not eventuate. Wonder if they will be follow-up…
(In April TV sales staff were excellent & was disappointed to hear of one having left since.)

Not bad but not great either. Usually have to turn into a detective to find someone to help with wanting to purchase an item.never anyone around to help.

Went in to buy a fridge.
Stood around for 40 minutes whilst staff chatted amongst themselves ignoring us.

So went up to counter and asked for some service.
Lady called over the speaker for someone to attend to us.

Yep a lady came over and stopped to tell a gentleman (whom we presumed to be a rep) all about her weekend, showing him photos on her phone etc.

After another 10 - 15 mins of her chatting away casually I said to my partner, "you know what! Just take a photo and we'll go elsewhere to buy it"

At this point we here her say to the man "ooh I better serve them"

Sorry Hun you just lost this commission.

As we walk out I say to the lady at the desk.
"A little bit of advice! If your staff want to make sales, maybe they shouldn't stand around chatting to each other and maybe serve the customer because you just lost a cash sale. "
She had the nerve to say "oh but did you actually know what you wanted"
Firstly what does that matter if we had to choose, but actually yes we did, but hey too late now.

Great staff, very helpful. Good selection of whitegoods. Was able to browse without getting pounced on. Well laid out store.

Thanks good guys what incredible staff you have in your store. Nothing is any trouble and help with any products and very knowable with your products too.

My partner and i purchased a Samsung q70a tv on boxing day sales with delivery included. Still waiting on item. After numerous phone calls, and being told " we'll look into it and ring you back" they have failed to do so. Emails have also been ignored. Our thoughts were that we would buy from them over Harvey Norman as we wanted to support local business.regret it now.

I would like to give 3 stars but I can not find a reason for it? I hardly seen anyone on the floor apart from 2 guys (possibly missed others? But these 2. Guys alone were like machines!
I did not trust CHIQ but a gent advised me they are ok so I purchased it. Omfg for a fridge this cheap I am EXTREMELY IMPRESSED (so far)
As a scrap dealer/removalist I don't get any broken CHIQ fridges but Ive had a few 2 door $4000 Fridge's to scrap because they were not reliable.

Always great friendly staff at the counter. Floor staff might be good too, on the old occasion you can find one.

Went to pickup item it couldnt be found after a thorough search the manager came up and said further searching needed to be done. He could not explain what had happened and instead of making up some ridiculous story he gave us the truth. Very very refreshing and gave us far more confidence in the Good Guys at Melton than any other retail store we have been too. Our goods turned up the next day. Great work guys and thanks so much for the refreshing straight forward truth

Thank you to Nina who helped me during my visit. Came in to buy a coffee machine however didn't know much about them. She was very informative and knew her products well. Very efficient, professional and very happy with the customer service she gave us. Highly recommend anyone who wants to buy anything to seek for Nina.

Waited 10mins+ before anyone served me no one in sight. Then went to counter to pay was left waiting so left item on the counter & left. Went to Big W staff couldn't be more helpfull & didn't wait long, bout 2mins. Item was multi regional DVD player.

Everything I wanted was out of stock and they don't sell floor models, the bloke that served me though was great

Stood there for 25 minutes 3 staff mbers looked at me yet got left standing there i think ill spend my dollars at Harvey norman atleast they approach you.

I've been going to this store for years and have brought so much stuff and spent so much money here it (used) to be good but went there today, was looking for a dishwasher, spent about 20mins looking no worker came over to help, knowone to be seen on the floor, walked around looking for someone to get help couldnt find anyone, at the same time I could see other people having the same issue, went to the front counter, only 2 people behind there both on the phone, standed there for ages waiting, then the worker behind the counter got off the phone and walked off and went and served someone else before me in the line. This has to be the worst service I've ever seen, I will never come back to this store, I ended up walking out and a dishwasher somewhere else, youve lost my buisness and I will be telling people I know not to go to this store to go somewhere else.

Yep visited again. Always go there for my new appliances. Great to have local shop to buy apliances with close proximity. Service very efficient. Dont have car transport anymore so have to rely on someone to drive me there and get things delivered.

Very unprofessional team. The opening hours on Friday is till 7pm and I can't pick my stuff at 6pm. No one bothers to pick the phone. Will not buy from these people.

Spoke to Nick today, he was a tremendous help and went above and beyond. Excellent customer service all round and the ladies that answer the phone are great. You really are The Good Guys. Highly recommend.
