The atmosphere here is charming and wonderful, a fitting match with the friendliness of the staff and the warm level of service.

I went with the arancini as an entree, followed by the lamb shanks and finished with the cheese cake for dessert. All the food was excellent, but the lamb shanks were an utter stand-out - Make no mistake, this dish was nothing short of sublime.

I will return for more.

Ordered chicken parma and ask the lady if she could put just cucumber for the salad and they were so lovely to do so first time going first good experience everything was perfect and enjoyable thank you for the lovely meal and customer service

Food was average and very expensive not what it used to be don't think I'll be going back I used to go there all the time but now food quality has dropped not worth the hefty price tag

Dinner last night. Service very slow. Meals very ordinary and overpriced. Kids meals $16.90 for.nuggets c hips and take.away container dessert. Disappointing.

Ok, booked for 30 people, (80th Birthday) tables were not set up. Chairs very unstable, and crumbs all over them.
Food was pretty ordinary, (found hair in my food) drinks were over price,
Toilets were dirty.
Wouldn't recommend.

Been meaning to stop here for a while and finally did tonight. Had a great meal and definitely nice homely feel (I'm English). Had the steak pie.and it was full of tender tasty beef. Only issue I had was the price with my 6 year old sons kids meal - $16.90! I was shocked. Especially when it came out. He ended up eating half the veg from my plate as his came without any. Other than that good food and would return.

First time customers and will definitely be back. Food was amazing and staff were very friendly. Great atmosphere

The food was very nice and customer service was patient and friendly.
Live music was so damn loud that a decent conversation was near impossible. Ridiculously loud and off putting - had to scream to be heard

Staff are always inviting, friendly and pleasant.

Food is excellent and fairly priced.

Highly recommended if your after a quality meal in a relaxed, comfortable environment.

Great Old English Style Pub with excellent lunchtime value meals. Recommend the Braised Lamb Shank with Vegetables $16.90.

Visited the Game Keepers inn last night for an evening meal and I felt the food served was quiet good.

Waitress was friendly and meals took about 15 minutes to prepare.

We ordered Oysters Kilpatrick which was too our liking.

Salt and Pepper calamari which was served with chips and a small salad and a mayonaise type dip. The calamari was tender and was flavoured and sessioned well!

Lamb Shanks main meal which was served with mash potato and mixed steamed vegetables and a small amount of light gravy. Shanks (2) were tender and the meat fell of the bone, great flavor, mash was good (smooth no lumps) and the vegetables were just right, not overdone.

We would definitely eat there again.

However I think it is important to say - it feels like an "old pub", which would be good if it was on purpose: (, the decor is run down and the floor could do with a good vacuum.
