The Door Store

We found our perfect set of doors at the door store ($700 approx). Unfortunately there was a mix up with sizes delivered (delivery was spot on and with a phone call prior which always is helpul). I emailed the manager as was cranky about the mix up that cost us time and some inconvenience. Expecting just an apology, I was very impressed and grateful that a refund of $150 was given to compensate for the issues we had. Great customer service! Thank you Richard

I have just left the Door Store having had wonderful, knowledgeable, friendly service from Leanne. I was looking for a particular door stop, Leanne helped me efficiently and ordered what I required. Quick, easy, exactly what I was after. Fantastic! Regards Adrian

Best place for all things doors and accessories. Way more product and options then going to bunnings. Very helpful staff too who know their product and trade

Outstanding customer service from Richard the store manager. We ordered several internal doors and the finish and quality is amazing. We were limited with delivery options available to us, and Richard went above and beyond our expectations to accomodate us, as well as ensuring the end to end experience was outstanding. Highly recommend The Door Store for their products and service.

Absolutely terrible service and Shaun lied directly to face. Waiting over 3 months to receive door. Spoke to 3 different people who have my door in stock but cannot deliver as they have misplaced previous quote numbers. Directly told we will deliver and hang door however they will not fit locks (ok no worries). When called back story changed now must pay tradesman to hang door. Baffled at the incompetence and lack of warehouse skills. Should be named 'The Door no More store'

Worst service ever. Waste of oxygen, especially when dealing with Sean, he has no idea about much, should've looked at the ratings first before wasting my time. Glad I got out early before paying for the order. Good luck to anybody dealing with them.

Turned up at 2.45pm. Closing time on door said 3pm. Prevented from entering by a guy who said "we're closed mate". Well, Bunnings got my business mate. And will from now on. Mate.

Went in on a Saturday about 15 minutes before closing. Had a quick look around as this was our 2nd visit.we left our measurements of our front door and frame with the promise that sometime would ring us on the Monday with a quote and noone ever did. We took our business elsewhere

Very disappointed, terrible service, rude and dispectful staff.waited 4 weeks over quoted time for my order. My Builder said he would never use The Door Store ever again.

One stop shop for your door and accessories need. Huge range to choose from. Price is cheaper than retail store. Trade price available if you buy in large quantity.

Laughably woeful customer service. Walked around for 20 minutes trying to get service. Then everyone was shepherded out of the shop as they wanted to "turn the burglar alarm on". Amazing. This was 10 minutes before closing time. Fortunately we'd quickly realised that their doors were overpriced tissue paper, so weren't too upset that we had to leave quickly. So sad it was funny. Amazing they're still in business

They need to invest in a computer ordering/record keeping system! It's a shambles in there.
Friendly staff in the door side but border line rude in the door handle side of the store.

Easily the best door store in Melbourne - with no exceptions. These guys set the benchmark for a well run focussed business that always impresses and with good prices. Just about to order another unusual custom door - here goes!

Good range of products. But as for the staff and service, it's very poor. No follow up, they lost our order. I have called them 3 times and no one has bothered to call back. In a nutshell l don't know how these people still run a business. I wouldn't recommend them. I think they are racist too as they did not pay attention to an ethnic customer who waited to be served, when we went but gave the attention to an Aussie. All I can say is it will come back to them.

Dreadful. If I could give lower than one star I would. No-one is helpful or gives a damn, and yet they're all standing around doing nothing. Buy online - at least you know you'll get no service and pay accordingly.
