Blonde bloke was a great employee! He served me well and was very polite. I asked him the difference between tomato sauce and ketchup and he answers the question with precision and wisdom. Give this kid a raise! He deserves it.

Stopped going there years ago because they continually messed up my order. Go back tonight, if anything has got worse. Even after correcting her, pointing at what I wanted, told her clearly what I wanted my order was still wrong. Good food but its just not worth going there

Well that was the best takeaway fish and chips we’ve had in many years. Everything cooked well, flake was great, and just the right amount of chips for the two of us! Worth the drive to FTG.

Yam-my chips, Potato cake, calamari etc food nice. No oily food. Nice cook and crispy. Mix souvlaki is great because pitta bread and meat is fresh use. Thank you

Ordered take away again from The Crispy Catch and again I was not disappointed, the order was ready on time, cooked to perfection, this only proves that the other times we have ordered was not a once of they really take pride in what they serve.
This is definitely my favourite fish and chips shop, with plenty of other shops closer to home but the extra drive is worth it.

THOS SHOP USED TO BE GREAT. LAST TIME I WENT WE GOT FLAKE ETC. IM 47YO I KNOW WHAT FLAKE TASTES AMD LOOKS LIKE IT WASNT FLAKE. FISH BITES ARE ALSO MEANT TO BE FLAKE. THEYEE NOT FLAKE EITHER SO BE AWARE PEAOPLE THEYRE TAKING US FOR IDIOTS. IM TEMPTED TO GO CONFRONT THEM BUT ID END UP IN JAIL. DO THE RIGHT THING FIX YOURE ISSUES, YOU WILL LOSE MANY MORE CUSTOMERS. I WILL BE TRUTHFUL AND TELL PEOPLE TO STAY AWAY. REALLY SAD THIS TRICKERY IS TRIED. EVEN SADER WHEN THEY TRY IT IN PEOPLE THAT KNOW SEAFOOD.

Great little take away shop. They do dinner packs too, really tasty. Not too oily. Their chips are really nice as well for a takeaway.

Good, fresh food. Decent portions. Friendly, efficient staff. Reasonable pricing. Would recommend.

Best fish and chips in Victoria.
Absolutely delicious food. They really know how to cook fish. Ten minutes and you are eating juicy fish and the crispiest batter ever, unlike everywhere else in the area that overcook the fish so it is dry and unappetizing. NZ Dory is the best, and chips are always good.

The only thing I would recommend getting from here are the chips, their medium chips aren't really enough for 3 people. They charge $2 extra to change whiting in packs to flake. Drinks fridge was nearly empty and definitely had better potato cakes, dim sims and Flake else where.

Didn't enjoy the fish at all. We had both a grilled flake and fish burger, along with potato cakes and dim sims. Unfortunately, we both agreed that the fish was fishy tasting and the flake was also very dry.
The service was great and they were super busy, so was hoping for better.but I'll be going back to my local again after their Xmas break, the quality just didn't hold up.

Good food - pretty typical fish & chips. However, the burgers are excellent. Classic chip-shop style burger with the lot, and a generous size.

Ordered from here for the first time last night and it was literally the best fish and chips I have had for a long time. Have tried everywhere and the fish is always overcooked and dry. This place however was amazing. Batter was light and crispy and golden and the fish was juicy and tasted great. Definitely our goto from now on!

Ordered via doordash by their menu, which was a seafood pack that states fish, chips, salad and sauce. I ordered two. I then got a call to state they don't do that it's fish only, absolutely refused to acknowledge they had a menu like that on doordash even thou I red it out and offered to send through the screenshot of THEIR menu, got another call to state they want extra money on top of what's already paid because they won't accept that order. Do not recommend their customer service at all.

Went there for the first time yesterday and yummy. Food was delicious, well cooked and reasonably priced.

I would suggest you learn the difference between a $50 note and a $20 note. Trying to rip off a child is unacceptable.

Was recommended by my friends and it didn't disappoint. Very friendly and attentive service as well.

Haven't ordered from here for a while as the standard definitely declined, but went this week and was very impressed. The quality of everything was better than ever and service was great. The experience was so good I went back for more the next night! If you have stopped going there, give them another go. New management maybe but it's better quality than ever.

Worst food i have ever had. As soon as I ate it I felt so sick and the fish taste like cardboard more like carp that barramundi if I could give -10/10 I would and they did not give us all the stuff we ordered
