Simply poor!

Almost impossible to book a table. Nowone answers the phone. Called numerous times in different days. Same problem, Nowone answers and when I went there, they were booked out.go figure!

Day trip to beautiful Trentham this weekend. Lunch at Cosmo, hadn't been there for years. Presentation/decor is very impressive. Lovely wait staff and good entrees. Very disappointing mains - burger was tasteless, with a soggy bun and average chips for $28, but the greatest disappointment was the vegetarian green curry - could not believe the tiny silver bowl it was presented in and first time I've ever had a vego curry with small pieces of cauliflower and broccoli only! Not another vegetable in sight and they were not fresh. This was accompanied by a bigger bowl of steam rice. Really disappointing and so overpriced at $28 for what was presented. Please rethink the stingy veggie curry and get an array of decent veggies in it and must be a bigger size for mains.

Beautiful early evening meal under the trees on Easter Saturday.dog friendly. Quick service.despite how busy it was. Staff very friendly.loved the steak and deserts and cheese. Excellent selection of beers wines and spirits. Plenty of room on grounds for kids too

Awesome place. Best in town and one of the best beer gardens I've had the pleasure to eat and drink at and kids can roam free out there too. Plus they have a wood fire pizza oven outside cooking gourmet pizzas. Live music etc etc

The service and food was excellent we had lunch in the beer garden and the atmosphere was excellent for a country pub. P. S.the beer was very cold

Good food with friends in the leafy garden. Fabulous pork rib eye. Great venue with sooo much history. Staff welcoming and friendly. Prices reasonable.

Wow wow wow! This place is a little gem tucked away in the beautiful Victorian town of Trentham. 5 Star service, 5 Star Food, 5 Star venue we will be back!

This place was suggested by a friend and what a gem it turned out. The front part looks not so promising but once you enter and go past the indoor area to the back outdoor area. What a wonderful place it is. The pizzas were the best and so was the calamari. The service of a friendly staff was outstanding. It’s a dog friendly place and has really good pub food options.

Awesome spot to down some suds. Can't speak for the food because I didn't have any. But the staff and all of the other drinkers were super friendly. Nice vibes.

Beautiful outside garden with live music on Sundays at lunch. I e enjoyed my pizza. It gets pretty busy thou.

Ordered 2 pizza's bowl of chips and 2 drinks after that went up to pay the bill the guy behind the bar read my order back to me l said didn't get the 2 drinks so the guy took the price of the drinks off the bill, NO SORRY SIR NOTHING so payed the bill and left

Great food, friendly staff, open and spacious dining area. A little on the pricey side, though the dining room specialises in putting local produce to good use. Have one of the great pizzas for a cheaper option.

The wait for service was quite unbelieveable and then the wait to get food was well over 30mins then to get the food and it wasnt cooked and to then tell the waitress and just brush it off like it was nothing, do not recommend

Great food. Friendly staff. And a beautiful outdoor seating area surrounded by lushness and trees.

Lovely country pub with delicious food. There's also the bonus of a fantastic, very leafy, dog-friendly beer garden out the back.
