The Convent, Daylesford reviews
69Staff were really friendly. We has the gf lemon meringue curd crepes - they were so good. Really pretty space.
This amazing historic convent.i visited many times even had my first sons christening here.boys still love Tina and visiting the Convent Gallery.and the spas. I always love to buy something special here when I visit to take away as a special memory.even just being here is a special memory.well done Tina and staff
What a little treasure of a place with interesting history, food, gift shop (well worth a visit but little pricey) and lovely gardens. Really enjoyed this place. The art work on display in the convent was awesome.
My goodness, found this place by accident and love it! Cheera and I met the owner, Tina, what a wonderful lady. The passion she has and what she has brought to the town is outstanding. Not only did we admire the artwork and enjoy a coffee, the garden is a treat. It's a real rabbit warren, we had so much fun exploring all through the building. Next time we will try the high tea. A must visit for anyone visiting the area.
Really nice place, has a cafe, garden, amazing artwork, nice staff. Ticks all the boxes for a tourist attraction.
A highlight of my visit in Daylesford.w a history tt dates bk more than 100 yrs, a convent turned art gallery.the pictures speak more than words can ever describe its beauty.must end the visit at the BAD HABIT CAFE.
We loved the food and the service, just amazing. Coffee was a little weak for our liking but it was a great temperature.
Visited The Convent Daylesford and had lunch at the Bad Habits Cafe. Love the name of the cafe. Very apropos for the venue. The food was ok but the venue more than makes up for the ok food. Beautiful high ceiling with lovely light. Very cosy. The convent/gallery architecture is gorgeous. Formerly a real convent, it is now an art gallery. #maneklady #manektravel #manekeats
