It’s called hot chocolate for a reason.not barely even warm, not even filled all the way with full of attitude service which I just received-& should not not have received. People pay for quality=give them quality.

Visited this one recently, Have moved to a new location just outside Kmart, bigger space, were very crowded on a friday afternoon, had to wait 45 minutes for a soup. But the wait was worth it, the pumpkin soup sprinkled with pepita seeds was delicious. Hopefully the service time improves soon.

Excellent big breakfast and eggs Benedict. I wish they put more rice.
Variety of many dishes.

Food and coffee are great but the new location is far inferior, not an effective way of cutting overheads.

One of the best eggs Benedict in town, rich flavor of the hollandaise on top of the salmon. The mocha cafe was very good too. Friendly staff and good service. Close to Kmart, Coles, and aldi.

Don’t go here if you can’t drink normal milk. They charge 80 cents for soy milk. I have only ever paid 30-50 cents extra at everywhere else in Melbourne. Rip off. Shame on you for charging lactose intolerant people that much more

Milkshake for $14. Didn't look anything like the one in pictures. Charged more than the price in the menu

Expensive prices for average coffee and food. There are way better, less tackier options in the area. Avoid if you can.

I do like coming here BUT! Staff need to he aware of proper food handling! In the space of time to place my order I saw one staff, hands in hair putting up in a band then straight on to serve, wash your hands! At same time girl making the smoothie sneezed into her hand which was holding the spoon used in smoothie then continued handling the food! For God sake it's common hygiene, manager needs to address this, when I was in the industry a food handling certificate was required, something to think about, needs to be fixed.

I'm always here to pick up my coffee so I can go shopping afterwards. The staff have changed over the years, I think new owners maybe but it's nice to be remembered when I walk in and there breakfast range has always been nice too. Can get loud when its busy inside. I'm a coffee club member so cant be at the buy one get one for free offer they give.

Really enjoyed our meal here, had to wait awhile to get a table but was worth the wait. The smoothies were out of this world. Really enjoyed the place.

Quick service in a busy shop late afternoon when we visited. Great coffees and service with a smile, although I think $5 for a medium De-Caf Cappuccino is a bit on the steep side, $4-4.50 is more typical for a shopping centre café.

Coffee was good, the scrambled eggs I ordered had no flavor at all, had the texture of being cooked in the microwave. The "grilled tomato", was still firm, more like a "warmed tomato". I would go back for coffee but never food. I left it on my plate and walked out!

I am trying to contact you via phone but number is not being answered. What is the best number to contact on please as I think I have left my wallet at your cafe. Thanks

I'm slightly lactose intolerant so finding a coffee shop where I can drink and not get sick is great!

$4.6 for double shot espresso (apparently I have to pay extra for take away). Usually paid only $3.8 to $4 max for double shot! Not coming back.
