The Coffee Club Café - Moonee Ponds

My meal was overcharged by several dollars and when I twice queried my bill I was both times completely ignored. It won't make a difference to their bottom line, but as far as I'm concerned, this is another business with questionable ethics and I definitely won't be returning.

Really, you order two slices of Vegemite toast and get 1 butter and 1 Vegemite? I also asked for sugar and was grudgingly given 1 packet. Things must be really tough guys. Won't bother going again, Moonee Ponds is full of better options!

Nice enough iced latte for a walk by sort of pick up and go thing I’ve clearly had too much caffeine today and punctuation has left the building

I had my smashed avo today. They just give me five tomatos and avacado on an ordinary bread. Charge me 11$. Its better that I will buy a sourdough bread and put some smashed avacado on the sourdough and make it at home. Just a wastage of money.

We had a terrible experience at moonee ponds coffee club. Samud the male manager had appalling customer service. He had no concern what so ever for his customers and should not be in a managing role. We made a formal complaint to the Head office of the coffee club and will not be returning to this franchise.
Absolutely disappointing.

I picked up the lemon pepper calamari with chips & salad for take away.calamari rings were quite tender and tasty! As with most items on the menu, I have no complaints. There is plenty of seating available inside the coffee club & in the foyer. The team here are quite friendly & courteous. I realised after that this lovely girl was getting me some cutlery & I had walked off, sorry. Will be back again soon

Great customer service particularly by the lady at the register this morning taking orders. Very obliging and friendly. I think her name was Marri. Food was very yum:)

Good location. Friendly staff. Have been to a few cafes in the area and have my favourites. Really like this place when I'm hungry for something tasty and basic. Mocha always good and would make my 'Top 5 list' for the suburb.

Asked for iced coffee but was given iced latte.
Manager would not replace!
Table waitress was great.
The manager not listening when I ordered is on the a Manager!
So not recommending because of this!
Customer Service is everything nowadays.

Ordered the big brekky two days in a row this weekend and by far best coffee club ive been to in Victoria. Food was fresh - delicious and my chai latte so bomb!

The Indian guy who works over there is very rude towards delivery drivers. Would be better if he learns some manners.

I am uber driver. I have been many times to coffee club the staff were very friendly and polite with their customers and delivery partners. Whenever I went to their everytime I saw they wear smile on their faces. I felt they were the fantastic staff I ever come across.

OK so, I had a large dirty chai latte' and a regular burger
That drink was absolutely heavenly and there was nothing regular about that burger it was seriously delicious and succulent!
New fav cafe'!

Always nice staff and the coffee is better quality than most chain stores. It’s always a good sign when the staff look happy and the coffee is always great. The food is always hot and delicious — make sure you try the chocolate brownie cookie because it’s one of the most delicious things ever!

Ordered scrambled eggs and latte for myself and kids meal nuggets for my daughter as well as some treats. I had it delivered and it was still great quality when arrived at apartment. Thank you. Will definitely visit also.

On my first visit I purchased a VIP membership which provides one free drink when ordering, the free drink is the smaller of the two. For a yearly fee the membership seems good value.

Staff are very friendly and attentive and the coffee is very consistent. There is a great variety of food here With lovely munchies to have with your coffee including sweet and savoury.

The location is very convenient in the centre of Moonee Ponds Central and plenty of seating for an area to catch up With friends or just to get a load off your feet and have a break from shopping.

Nearly every table was taken which is always a good sign of great food and I wasn't disappointed. The staff all had a ready smile and did a wonderful job. Keep up the great work!

Weak coffee, warm when supposed to be extra hot. 2 weeks in a row & we are regulars.lost us

It was a long wait & then when my meal finally arrived, it wasn't as good as I'd expected- the eggs benedict wasn't saucy enough & the eggs weren't runny enough. It also appears afterwards I may've had a reaction to it so I'm wondering if it was cooked for long enough? I appreciate they were pretty busy that day when I ordered but I don't mind having to wait a bit longer for well-cooked food & having it just the way I like it. This sadly wasn't that way!
