The Club Hotel

There is a word to describe the dining experience at The Club Hotel - Average.
That's being generous too.
The only good point is they did listen to and respect food allergies. That was it.
The floor was sticky, the carpet mucky, one register to take meal orders for a queue of 30 odd people. Food took an hour to arrive at the table with a sorry and no explanation. Not the waiters fault but clearly management needs to review their procedures and the layout of the bistro to provide a more seamless, hassle free experience for both patron and staff. Food finally did arrive and unfortunately it again was average. I wouldn't recommend this venue at all. Overpriced and just not worth it. Won't be back.

Always good food, well priced, play area for the kids, you pay separately so a good place to take the whole family.

The pokies are right away from the eating area and they had a kids' Playroom at the end of the eating area, I had been hanging out for some spaghetti bolognese buy they only had child serves and in the end they gave me a little bit over a child serve just Mainly tomato paste which I cannot eat, no apology no refund nothing I was very disappointed in this and will not go back there to eat. In fairness to the hotel it was very busy that night. (that's still not good enough).

Tab service very good, place was clean, bar service very good only needs sheets up for punters, screens can only be used for 1 person at a time. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

After not going to The Club Hotel for at least 4 years because the food was average though i would give it another go tonight my salad had bits of soggy lettuce to much dressing & the steak was dry the parma had to much sauce on it & calamari was over cooked never going back

Great food, drink special and prices. My 2 little kids love playing in the play ground while we enjoy dinner. Always friendly staff never disappoints

For February the main meals are 50percent off for Seniors. Great deal, we have been there lunch all this week, beautiful.

Watch the 2 Indians at the bar there running a scam with. Make sure you check your keno tickets I got scammed last night

Food is great but they keep taking the ribs off the menu. Those ribs are the reason I go there in the first place. Please bring it back permanently!

Haven't been for a few months. The food has definitely gone downhill. It was dry and unappetising, heard people at the next table say the same. Wether it is cost cutting, but the portions are much smaller.

I love fairpark because I grew up with terrific people who deserve better than being left behind we were all in the same boat 40years ago. Plus all us fleas were the ones who were in a club for the right reasons but now money has ruined our younger generation of players who have been lured to the money not the love of our community.

Stopped in for lunch had a delicious Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich the staff were polite and friendly a great all round Aussie pub

Very average food and staff.
If your wanting fancy food this isn't the place for it.
Everything tastes like how your parents made dinner.

I do not like having to fight, esp when I know I'm right. This place refused to honour my voucher, which I then provided the exact terms and conditions wordings on, still refused. Advised them if they really wanted me to contact higher up and make a fuss. Sure they caved in the end (as if it was them who caved to me), but the experience has already been ruined.

Good food and service. Venue was clean and comfortable. Was a rather quiet night so quite relaxing. Wasn't rowdy so suits young families too.
