The food was absolutely perfect, 10/10! The new head chef has done an amazing job! The floor staff also doing a great job!:) we will back again soon for lunch

This is a lovely place to go out with family and friends. All the staff does a stellar job and is fantastic. The customer service is superb and the food is really yummy. Will definitely recommend to anyone who would love to enjoy a nice meal and experience great customer service.

Rang to book a table for 2 and was told we didn't need to and could just came down. When we arrived, we placed our order and got our drinks. 25mins later, a staff member apologised for the delay of our mains and said they should be out soon. After waiting another 45mins our mains had not arrived, we asked how long would it be and was told another 30mins. We asked to speak to the manager to get a refund. The manager didn't even have the decency to speak to us and got another staff member to refund us. First time here and will never return. We would like to thank Brooke for her customer service and trying to help us when management wouldn't.

My family and I had Christmas Day lunch at The Club Hotel this year (2022). From the pre-preparations to the actual day, we couldn't fault the service or the 4 course meal. As someone who suffers with food allergies, I'm often limited with what I can eat. However, the Manager Aaron went out of his way to ensure I was able to have something in each course. A week before the event, he went through the menu with me to discuss options and alternatives. On the day, I was not disappointed, the food was absolutely delicious and there was plenty of it. The staff were fantastic and we all had a wonderful day. We are hoping to do it again next Christmas. Thank you Aaron and to the staff at The Club Hotel for making our day so special.

Early dinner booking - to beat the Christmas time dinner rush. Great seniors meal. Service good. Forgot the dessert but once reminded - served promptly. Too long a wait if after 6pm. Very busy - need more kitchen staff possibly. Could hear diners being told at least an hour wait from order time.

Poor reception on entrance you have to go finding a worker just to be seated then no menus are given your expected to use phone which I found very frustrating as I could customise my order at all
Poor communication between chef, managers and waiting staff then to get my family’s order and my son food was partly burnt, my partners meal wasn’t what he order then when questioned about it they had no answer just stood there then my meal was raw and even the home made chips were still hard as rock.then when I went to complain I was faced with a rude female manager who bushed me off rudely to be yelled at I’ll have someone come sort you out then have a male come to my table dumb founded on what was going on when I explained he still stood their like he was in another planet and asked what I would do if I was him. In the end they refused to refund more than one meal. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst nightmare

Although we've lived in the area many years, we'd never visited there before. Very nice venue, pleasant, fast service, food was ordinary pub fair, chips were hit and miss, some were dry some were perfect. I had fish and chips, fish was good. Hubby had the Southern Fried Chicken burger, he said it was a plain crumbed chicken patty, nothing Southern about it, no Southern type spices, no heat at all, not what he was expecting or wanting. But, we really liked the ambience and the service, their prices were reasonable, and we'll be back to try their other food!

Oof. The food. What a disappointment.
Staff were so helpful and lovely with my dietry requirements.
I ordered the roast of the day. Not sure if that was my mistake or not.but.
The vegetables were frozen veges that overly tasted of freezer burn. And my roast tasted like it had been microwaved.
It was so bad I actually didn't eat it.
I wasn't offered any kind of replacement.
My partner also didn't enjoy his meal and left most of it.

So i walked in with my family, to have to searching for someone so we could be shown our table then we asked for menus and we had to scan to get the menus and we couldn't customise anything nor did they have a very good selection of foods. Then a lady come out to say they didn't have the lamb shanks that I ordered so I changed my order and payed extra to have our meals bought out to us my sons Chicken s Snitzel was burnt around the sides and my with chicken was raw.

Been going to the gaming room for quite a while now. One stand out to me is tash! She is great to chat with and make the BEST coffees I come to play the pokies just to get her amazing coffees! Absolute asset to the club hotel!

Understaffed like many pubs at the moment. Food was not super but still reasonably priced.

First time eating there. Very typical menu of pub grub, but very tasty and well done with really nice flavours. Got quite busy, as Saturday night, so best to book. Easy online ordering via QR code (allows for tipping but adds a small surcharge) or at the counter. Friendly service and a nice vibe and setting. Definitely worth going.

So sad that my meal was extremely disappointing, I’m not sure if the kitchen has lost the passion for the job or management are putting too many constraints on the team but what was served up wouldn’t be presented in my own home.
The front of house team were very friendly and helpful but this did not counteract my meal.

I'm giving 3 stars because the service was really great - however, totally disappointed in the food. The pork belly was dry, the bun on the kids cheeseburger was stale, the kids nuggets were hollow - you bit into them and there was nothing inside except crumb. I ordered a Thai Noodle Salad which I was informed wasn't available so I switched out for the Cesear Salad which was drowned in dressing and parmesan. Also, they advertised $7 pints all day every day but when you go in, there is only 1 type of beer that is on offer for $7 a pint. Bit sneaky. I hate giving negative reviews but I also hate spending my hard earned on mediocre.

Used to come here all the time with my family as a kid. This is my first time back here in several years and whilst the food was just as delicious as I remembered, the service was nothing short of woeful. We waited nearly 2 hours for our food and it wasn’t busy at all! When we finally managed to get the attention of a staff member we were told our order mustn’t have gone through…however if that was the case it seems a bit odd that one of our drinks came to the table within minutes of ordering? !? !
Staff were disinterested and couldn’t care less. Not once did a staff member check to see if we needed anything.
A truly disappointing experience overall and we will not be returning.
