Had a wonderful experience in the gaming room with the assistance from the gaming attendant Jodi who is wonderful at her job

We had a lovely Mother’s Day lunch which was made very special by excellent service provided by the Club Hotel staff. Great no fuss pub food, the kids loved the playground and we’ll definitely be back soon for a meal. Highly recommended.

Best, out of all the BWS/ Monty pubs we hav visited. Food is great and staff helpful, there chips, to die for. We love how they serve our salads in a separate bowl. The roast lamb today was hot and nicely presented.

Food was lovely, service quite good as well, only issue was all our "fizzy drinks" were flat

Really disappointed in my meal. For the price, it was a teeny salad with baby spinach used as a “filler“. Not great

Food is usually really good. However this time food was burnt, and steak over cooked. Customer service was very down. Unfortunately won’t be attending here again as long as Covid restrictions are in place.

I have tried several seniors meals, all the food is fresh and nourishing. The steak was cooked perfectly while the roast chicken was bland, not seasoned and did not have crispy skin.

We went during COVID, so I guess we were grateful that they were open whereas other ALH pubs have closed their bistros for the time being.
But they said nothing about reduced menu.
I had a Parma.and it was a bit overcooked. Browner than golden and dry and hard. My wife had the steak sandwich and it was undercooked to the point of just maybe heating the bacon through?
Then came dessert.and my darling wife, who insists on the existence of a "dessert stomach" couldn't finish the brick worth of lukewarm chocolate brownie.
All in all.we won't hurry back.

Stay away from the chicken schnitzel. Should have known it was going to be a bad experience by the lack of people

Had dinner with husband, roast lamb was tough, not a good quality cut of lamb, very disappointed waitress who collected plates was informed but nothing was offered as compensation.

New QR menu charges 44cents per order, bit wrong, but service and food is still good, so worth a visit

Service was great, but everything else including the menus were quite shabby. The food was mediocre and lacked variety.

Took our elderly mum here to celebrate her birthday [13/05/21] and the staff couldn't do enough for us.
We requested the opening of the handicapped door (so no steps to negotiate) of which they graciously assisted mums entry & exit, they also offered to take a group pic for us AND included a candle on mums dessert.
They were all so friendly, efficient and kind, can't praise them enough.
The calamari meal was cooked to perfection, tender & flavoursome.
Mums senior lamb roast was devoured with pleasure by the birthday guest!
And the chicken schnitzel & huge steak sandwich was enjoyed also.
We'll definitely be back, and not just for the next birthday!:)

The staff were very friendly and ready to assist. Seniors meals $9odd were great, ample servings. Deducted 1 star for no salad dressing on the salad. My wife and granddaughter had it on theirs. Overall, would definitely dine there again.

What a place for some quality food and banter with mates. Even got served by Mr. 305 himself, what a legend!

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was peaceful.

Great old fashioned food and drink at very good prices, the service was fantastic, well done Club Hotel and the staff.

Great place for a beer and a meal. When quarantine is over I'll be looking forward to another Godfather Parma!

We went here for the first time last week. The menu was limited due to restricted numbers with Covid 19, but still good.
The service was excellent. The waiter was very helpful in trying to find something without egg for our daughter who is allergic (at a lot of places staff don't care and are very unhelpful). Meals came quickly and were good quality.
My only criticism is that I wish places would serve some veggies with kid's meals.

We went to a party there, about 40 people, and they made it work, giving us enough tables to seat everyone. The food was great, but very big servings!
