Nice environment for dinning staff are very pleasant and meal are on the larger size and tasty.

Lovely food, lovely service, great company. Where those tomatos at though? Like only 1 in the salad. I need more than just 1 juicy red squishy fruit.

My wife and I ordered the fish and chips, as you cannot go wrong with fish and chips. Well it went wrong here, the fish was like mush in batter, you could not make out the flakes of the flesh as it looked like it had just been defrosted in a microwave and then deep fried. Yuk.
The poor girl who came back from the "head" chef to tell us, this is how fresh flake turns out when it is battered, looked so embarrassed.
We will not be back!

Tried the Greensborough hotel for the first time and we were so impressed! Having never been inside before the venue itself is beautiful. Our meals were 10/10, one of the best lamb shanks I've ever had and hubby had the burger which he also said was delicious. The kids meal was also good and a decent portion. Our waitress Shirley was wonderful too. We will definitely be back!

Food isn’t bad but servers logic makes no sense. Christmas in july menu with ordering an entree and main, wouldnt let us add a different dessert extra, earning more money? !? !

I had a small wake at this hotel for My Dad A few weeks ago. All I can say is Shirley was so amazing during this really sad and hard time she absolutely went above and beyond to make the afternoon so lovely. She suggested using the Parma Bar selection and it was so good! Everyone loved their meals. We loved the intimate space downstairs for a drink and a Parma and a send off for Dad. Thank you Thank you to all the staff for making it so special from the bottom of my heart️

Service and staff are friendly and welcoming. The food was superb.
Big crowd last night. No delays food served in a timely manner. Shout out to Shirley. Great asset to the bistro.

Pretty crummy pub with very small amount of pokies.
Feels quite outdated and like I was walking back into the 90s.
I'd suggest trying a bigger and better venue down in the heidelberg or reservoir area where the atmosphere is better.

Small section of chicken parma was raw. Not slightly undercooked, actually raw. We were polite about it and got our money back. Unacceptable. We won't be back. Cut through your chicken to see if it's cooked properly before eating.

Wonderful meal in the bistro; food was delicious and plentiful so compliments to the Chef. Great service from Shirley and Rebecca. Wine selection available by the glass was impressive and enjoyed a King Valley shiraz.

Visited in early March. Ordered a stir fry and had to send it back. It was just like a mouthful of salt unfortunately.

I booked the Deck 75 for my daughter’s 21st Birthday Party last Friday. This is a fabulous space for a party on the rooftop with uncovered and covered sections, lots of seating and a really cool ambience. It was a perfectly memorable night thanks largely to Shirley, the functions manager who was incredibly efficient, helpful and just a really nice person who genuinely wanted my function to be successful. Thank you Shirley, Adele, Kate and Lachlan. You guys rock! Highly recommend this place and this team for your next function!

In regards to Christina Cutlers review, the bistro was busy (150 people), she placed herself at that table without informing staff so she chose that table with plates on it! She didn’t order a basic pub meal which would have taken less time and she most definitely didn’t wait 40mins! I know this because I was sitting up there as a guest!
This place is Amazing! The staff are all great, I’ve never seen one of them be rude or give attitude to anyone! The good is incredible, big meals very reasonably priced! I recommend this place to anyone.

Here is what a $23 double Wagyu burger ($2 extra for bacon) at a so called gourmet pub recently reopened with a supposed high class chef at Greensborough Hotel. Shame.

I still can't believe the experience I had, it was that bad. I ordered a pub meal and chose a table. I waited over 40 minutes and no one cleared my table from the previous diners. When I asked staff about my food, they evasively told me I would get it "soon". I decided to get a refund and leave.they waitress was SO RUDE to me- no apology, just told me they were 'busy' that night.so much attitude and very poor customer service. NEVER go to this dump, it's terrible.

Great service, great prices and wonderful ambiance! Our family of three enjoyed our sat lunch, plenty of room for my son to walk around and explore. The staff was very friendly. We will definitely be here again!

What a great place. Great meals and service, friendly and acommadating staff. The improvement from the old days is amazing. I love going there.
