Excellent service and excellent caring staff and chef with my anaphylaxis triggers. The food was beautiful

Fantastic food. Good selection of pub fare. Dessert limited to cakes. Very accommodating of children and staff are lovely. No onsite parking. You need to park at the shopping centre but it's an extremely short walk.

I went there for a business meeting during the day. We only wanted coffee to drink during our discussions, and the attendant had difficulty understanding our order for 2 large "flat whites". All credit to him he did try! Parking in and around the hotel is in short supply!

We went here for Mother’s Day lunch. They had way to many people crammed in. The back of our chairs were flush up against the people behind us. We couldn’t get out of our chairs unless we slid down. They also had a special ‘Mother’s Day menu’ which we ordered a chicken parmigiana for $29, which is $23 on any other day. I would understand the price difference if it were a public holiday but taking advantage of people on a regular day is barbaric. Safe to say I will not be returning for the overpriced and extremely average food.

We went to Greensborough hotel for the first time. I’ll start off by saying the staff were nice and friendly.
We got a range of different food like their, bread and dips, nothing to special the dips are store bought like I can make them from home, we tried their saganaki (fried cheese) and it was soft, and cooked very well, we also tried some mains like their, southern fried chicken burger, which was a little on the disappointing side in regards that the chicken was not crispy like other southern fried chicken burgers, flavours were average, we also tried their traditional Parma with chips and a side of veggies, very plain and average, nothing special and a bit dull in presentation, we also got their Asian chicken stir fry which was the best meal, very colourful, tasty and filling, cooked to perfection and overall best dish of the night.
The pricing was quite on the higher side for a pub/hotel style, and not exactly worth the quality of food we ate. Definitely highs and lows with this place so be mindful.

Called and asked to book a booth as I struggle to hear in the open areas. Was told I can’t book a booth, you just have to show up and hope. Showed up… guess what! The booth are booked! Wasted my night

I hadn't been in the Greensborough hotel for years so I was pleasantly surprised at its stylish and modern decor. The menu was great and service was also fine. I would definitely recommend it

Shout out to the team at the Greensborough Hotel this evening, especially Kay. I made a mistake with my mothers order who needed her meal to be gluten free. They turned it around quickly without any fuss! Helped her birthday celebrations go smoothly.

Went last night for dinner there were five of us every single dish was absolutely fantastic I had the potato gnocchi with lobster and Pernod sauce, every dish was a decent serving. Only one minor downside glasses of wine just a little bit expensive per glass.

A lovely feel inside the pub and a vegan and vegetarian options and a wide range of food would definitely recommend.

Definitely huge improvement since they got a new chef I am guessing. Have been here 4 times in the past couple of weeks and really happy every time with the food. One of the best Parmas I’ve had last night. And the seafood platter is really good too:)

Very clean and well spaced out seating. Most of the staff wear their masks properly but there was at least one wearing his mask on his chin. You can't expect customers to wear masks at the bar if your staff can't. There were advertisements on the table for $15 parmas but that was only for rhe bar downstairs which seems like a strange place to advertise that deal. The food came pretty quickly and was good but it's a little on the expensive side for some of the dishes they serve.

Been there last week and loved customer service.and food amazing. The place is huge and safe.if I had 10 starts, I would be very happy to.

We went for lunch yesterday with an elderly friend who had difficulty walking, Andrew went above and beyond to accommodate us. Lunch was awesome, in fact the whole experience was awesome. Big thumbs

If you're after a cut price European canned beverage, the purveyors at this fine establishment will be more than happy to accommodate your needs! Easy crew

We adore the selection at this place and the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable! Get down there for a bargain and find a treasure

Thanks Greensborough Hotel. So glad we decided to support you with your meals. My corn beef was delicious, warm, heaps for a seniors meal & I’m glad I declined the free soup or dessert- too full. We will be back.

Thanks for great food and friendly service. My in laws are really enjoy their Father’s Day meal.

Waiter got food orders mixed up even the the food was of good quality. Compensation offered and accepted for food order. Will be back.
