First time diners, restaurant was eastlands
More than likely never go back started off after being seated with 1x menu to share between 4 people then waited approximately 20mins for a waitress to take our order only to be told orders are to be done via the TGI app… ordered starters and mains for the table only to be amused that our mains arrived before our starters which left next to no room on our table, every order was made with extras which did not arrive,
By the time we had finished our starters out mains had been left to get cold! Called the waitress over to say our food is cold only to be told they don’t have an option on the app to select antree and that is head offices fault… not what you want to hear when you pay $44 for a cold steak‍️‍️
But the desert……. Absolutely spot on! That’s where the 2 star rating has come from

Came in last night and had a great dinner! I was helped by Serena when I needed it. Food was on point and the service was even better. 5 stars for sure.

$25 for a burger the size of one you would have found in a $3 happy meal as a kid. The portion sizes are tiny.
Cheaper, larger and tastier burgers right next door at groove train or grilld downstairs

Stood at the door for 10 mins with no acknowledgement- made eye contact with the manager. 5 mins later he then came over and asked if we had been looked after.
After saying no we hadn’t - he walked off without any acknowledgement of what I had said.
A waitress finally asked us and I said a table for 2 - she replied with do you have a booking? Sorry we are booked out. There were 2 seater tables everywhere free.
We went across to Groove Train seated quickly and with no problems. Our table saw right through to TGIF where the empty tables stayed empty whilst we ate our meal at Groove Train.

Waited 50 minutes for our order which was incorrect. Staff said they would replace it but it never arrived. Also ordered an $11 jug of lemon lime and bitters which never showed up. Had to ask 3 different waiters for a simple jug of water. Very disappointing, won't be coming back again.

Ordering on your phone ruins the experience of dining out. Staff were lazy and more interested in talking amongst themselves. Very disappointing

Very spacious place with plent of variety in the menu. Attendees were very helpful and willing tomake our experience more comfortable.
Food was lovely, all guests meals were large and very lovely.
Even the ceasar salad was very well presented.

Steak was cooked just right.
Didn't like that you had to log in to order for food and drinks. What happened to good old fashioned service.

Always friendly an open seeing us how drink are getting made before even sitting down it's always nice

The food here is good, just takes a while to receive it on your table which if located outside is a dangerous place since the tables are not level and tend to rock! Eat inside for your own safety and that of your drinks sliding off table Staff are friendly, make sure they listen to you and get the order right first time, just sayin

The food at TGI Fridays Eastland is pathetic. The chicken is dry (frozen), steak is average and source is extremely average. The fries are also frozen. I have tried them for uber eats and at the restaurant, same story. When we informed them about the dried chicken they offered "more sauce" straight away. You can tell they get this comment white often and know exactly what to say. We were extremely offended.

Stopped in here for a beer, had to sign in and order all online and that would of been alright if I did have to remind them 10 minutes later I had ordered a beer.

Thank you team for the wonderful service and dinner on this night. From the warm greeting at the door to seated to leaving the restaurant. Never felt like I was at unease. Staff were always at the table around asking if it was all okay as well. How pleasant.

Had a fabulous experience thanks to our waitress Maddy. She was so friendly and welcoming! Will definitely be returning:)

We went to costco, and wanted a cozy restaurant to had lunch.
Their service is so good. We orderd online and pay online,
Easy to order, love it.

Been to a TGI over west Melbourne before and first time trying Ringwood since covid.
The food was nice.but the ordering process and I get it, it's covid.they want you to order online due to H&S reasons.we registered an account scanned the table number logged the order paid, all online and the ap wouldn't work, wouldn't take the payment.called the service staff and she said don't worry about it I'll take your order now. So why bother waist 15mins of our time.given we only had the table alloted to us for 1hour.

I went to TGI Fridays at Eastland Saturday night to celebrate a friends birthday and could not fault them we had Mitch as our server and he was an absolute legend checked in on us made sure we were all having a great time had a few jokes with us he just made our overall experience so much better, food was awesome drinks were great all the staff were amazing but shout out to Mitch for being the best server I've ever had!
