TGI Fridays

Food was just alright. Service was horrible. Slow, unprofessional, unfriendly. Filo girl barely spoke English. Shallow staff. Couldn’t explain the meals and drinks, lack of experience. Had to repeat orders and requests many times. Ordering another beer took 20 minutes. Lazy staffs just stood around.

Arrived at around 12: 30pm on Friday, obviously the busiest time you can go. Ordered our food and it took a while to come out, understandably as it was busy. Once we got our food whoever, we were really disappointed. We don't want to be one of those people who go straight online instead of speaking in person, but we were in such a rush we couldn't wait for our meals to be fixed so we just dealt with what we had.

I ordered the cous cous, roquette and sweet potato/pumpkin salad. 90% of my food was roquette, the sweet potato and pumpkin was cut up in tiny, tiny squares and the cous cous was barely visible. I was highly disappointed, as I didn't pay just to eat leaves. The little piece of chicken that I did have, was also over cooked. I left feeling very hungry still, due to having barely anything but leaves.

My mums 12 wings, weren't covered in the sauce as they usually would be. It was very minimum and the wings were still really white instead of the lovely dark brown colour of the jack daniels sauce you'd expect.

Now we've been here before and the food is always lovely, so I'm assuming our food was rushed this one time due to how busy it was. Just hope it goes back to the usual amazing service and quality we get next time:)
