T'Gallant Cellar Door

Loved our experience at this winery. We ordered some bottles and they allowed us to try before we purchased for the table. Also the platters were delicious and they made them gluten free! Customer service was great with a lovely young lady I forgot her name.

Visited for lunch on a Sunday. It was very busy but we were lucky to find seating which still had an outdoor feel. This place is wonderful with a relaxed feeling and the food was terrific. We will definitely be back again.

My friends and I recently had the pleasure of visiting T'Gallant Vineyard, and I must say it was a truly delightful experience. The vineyard offers a wide selection of wines, each with its own unique flavor profile and character. The knowledgeable and friendly staff guided us through the tasting, providing interesting insights.

To complement the fantastic wines, T'Gallant also offers a delectable menu of food options. Whether it was a cheese platter, a charcuterie board, or pizza, each bite was delicious. Lastly, I cannot emphasise enough the beauty of the vineyard itself. I highly recommend you pay them a visit.

Shame. Couple years ago we came here and had a great experience and now the pizza were terrible and undercook. On top of that, staff were cold during the wine tasting, instead talking with the other customer which later then us but choose to ignore us.

Disappointing experience. Drove from Melbourne for lunch. QR code ordering, wait staff who don’t even look at the customers sitting to see if they need anything, missing pumpkin from my roast vegetable salad (was told it was a “genuine mistake from the kitchen” and nothing offered to compensate for the missing key ingredient), young staff member rudely threw our donuts on the table (which were dry and needed more sugar!) and didn’t provide any cutlery after taking it all away when the table was cleared previously. When we raised it with the manager she said she’d speak to the staff member and completely neglected the fact my salad was missing the key ingredient. Can’t understand why take your booking when they don’t even check your name off and just seat you wherever. Bizarre experience considering we spent quite a bit of money. Will not be returning and do not recommend!

Wine tasting, outdoor seating and views are very good. Food is alright but certainly overpriced given the quality of those expensive pizzas. On our second visit, we didn’t get a table because their chef couldn’t take more customers, which was disappointing. Not sure why many businesses are complaining that post-Covid, their revenues are still impacted when these businesses are not ready themselves to take off.

While we enjoyed our experience here having a glass of wine and pizza with friends, I was annoyed when I got my credit card statement to see that it copped an international transaction fee, the code was SG which I think is Singapore - why is an Australian company processing it's transactions overseas?

Glad it’s closed, in the last 2 months we have been turned away 3 times, no notice. I was never going to go back anyway. I will NEVER even buy a bottle of their wine as well

AMAZING WINES! We were greeted this morning by a lovely blonde lady, who was both kind, and knowledgeable on her wines. And the suggestions of how and when to drink them! 100% on point service can’t wait to come back one day ️

The pizza is terrible. I had high hopes coming here. A reheated pizza at a cost of $36. It was served Luke warm and the cheese was not even melted. For the cost you would expect the pizza to be cooked fresh.

We travelled from Melbourne to our favourite winery & pizza gurus only to be turned away by the staff stating the kitchen is closed on weekdays at 2: 30pm this is despite the website AND our previous 13yrs experiences here.the kitchen closes at 3pm.

We tried to remind the staff & manager of the website stating the kitchen closes at 3pm. It should be noted the wood fire oven was cranking & other patrons were eating fresh pizza & drinking #T’gallant wine.

Finally, after further discussion with the manger about the true kitchen closure time, she admitted the chef was not ‘feeling well’ & ‘yes’ the website is correct. She then threatened us not to give any bad reviews on any social media sites.

On a positive note, the cash register was still working so we could purchase rather, than be offered beverages as a gesture of good will … not surprisingly, the beers were warm!

Regrettably we will NOT be back nor will we purchase any #T’Gallant products in any retail setting. Further, we will share our experiences via word of mouth.

We do however, wish the chef a speedy recovery & hopefully it’s not #covid-19

Couldn't recommend T'Gallant Cellar Door more. We got to have our all staff Christmas Lunch here in early December 2021 for 100 staff and not only did T'Gallant provide excellent service during a very difficult time with staff shortages with COVID and lockdowns in Victoria, great food and lovely wines and a surprise of their in house band to play all day for our staff. Thank you T'Gallant for making our Christmas party a rememberable one in 2021 after such a difficult year. Look forward to seeing you all again.

Could easily be 4-5 stars but lose a star because they think that their customers are stupid. Food is good, not great considering the price. But we'll definitely return for the lovely view, atmosphere and a glass of wine. Make sure you come when the weather is good so that you can sit outside.
Their menu offers takeaway, and we ordered extra food with the intent to take some food away for our child as he was sleeping. We were told that they don't have any takeaway boxes, then the manager told us that they don't have a takeaway licence so we're not allowed to take food away. What a waste! Please can you put up a sign stating that takeaways are not allowed, we don't like to waste food especially when it's $35 for a pizza. I never knew that you need a licence for takeaways?

Enjoyable spot to laze away the afternoon! Excellent service, pizza and wine. Recommend the mushroom pizza and pinot grigio - spot on!

Drove out from Melbourne for pizza at T’Gallant today. After driving there for an hour we are told that they don’t take any walk-ins today. Would have been nice if it mentioned something like that on their website.where it says “drop by for a quick pizza”. And they did not even make any effort to find a way to seat us. So half a day wasted.

Place looked nice. Pizza smelled nice. But I have to give them 0 stars for the 0 food and service we got today. Oh, and wasting an hour driving each way for nothing.

We absolutely loved our visit to T'Gallant. Great pizza, friendly efficient service & a nice atmosphere. Looking forward to enjoying the mixed half dozen that we bought at the cellar door. Excellent prices. We gave our meal a T+.

The best moscato in the world! You’ve got to try their wine tasting experience. Set in the view of a beautiful winery. I’ve been a fan for 7 years now. Make a booking beforehand though. They’re very popular!

Disappointing waste of money. Firstly it was like eating in a wasp hive, stuck in the marquee with absolutely no view and just a million wasps circling. The menu had basically no choices. To make even a single change to the pizza you had choose gluten free. The food and wine was average at best. We wanted to go to a nice winery for lunch with a nice view and treat ourselves. Instead it felt like we were in a factory line and we could not wait to leave. Honestly we massively regret going there and was a completely waste of money.

We came to T'Gallant on 15th May with a group of friends and after having a terrible customer service experience at a previous winery down the road, were pleasantly blown away by Sally who took our wine tasting at T'Gallant! The customer service was outstanding and more importantly, the wine was ALL so delicious and tasted exceptionally well. I've just ordered another 12 bottles of the 2020 Cyrano! Couldn't recommend this place highly enough. Great atmosphere, venue, staff and food!
