FAMILY with PETS NEVER TRUST this agency.

They don’t know what’s respect to tenants. The agency put “NO PETS” in the description of a property for rent. Restrictions like this is against VIC tenancy laws and they should have knew this. I can only assume that these guys don’t know how to protect the tenant. Or they just never care about the tenant’s welfare. Disappointed

Katie Ryan brought a long hard and emotionally draining struggle to sell my home on my own terms and conditions and not those others tried to impose.
The sale was unbelievably quick, just a matter of DAYS not weeks and certainly not months with NO inspections, no walk throughs just a quick canvass of her client base and Bingo I am far richer than I ever dreamed I would be in my twilight years.
Katie was always supportive and understanding and did her best to make a reluctant sale as pleasant as it could be.

I had a great experience as a purchaser dealing with Megan Sprunt despite not actually being able to meet in person yet. It was refreshing having someone be responsive given the lockdowns. We had been searching for three months before eventually purchasing and she was one of a very small handful of agents that actually made the process of making an offer easy. At no stage did Megan try to oversell the property with nonsense or create fictitious pressure situations like so many other agents attempted over the months, which caused us to avoid certain properties just to avoid seeing those agents. With Megan the process of inspection (with one of her colleagues mid week) to sale was three days and a deal was done. Would highly recommend to vendors as well as the property was put under offer before the for sale sign could even be installed. I'll be keeping Megan in mind should we wish to sell.

The prospect of selling my property during the second covid nineteen lockdown came with a totally different uncertainty as to what the process, timeline and outcome might be.
