I did not know there was such a service in Victoria that would bear all the expenses on the vendor's behalf until the property was sold. That's until I was contacted by Megan. They took care of all the marketing at 0 up-front cost for me. Only payment was the agreed commission after the sale. The result was outstanding. My place needed to be rented during these lockdowns and Sarah Boccari took all the stress away from the process.

I was lucky enough to meet with her during the restrictions to show her the residence and sign the paperwork.

Prompt and communicative from the get go! Once the lockdown set-in Sarah was able to pivot quickly to gather potential tenants and use video calls to screen.

A helpful walk through video of the apartment was a nice touch for the tenants to see virtually too!

Sarah is super quick to respond to any messages, take calls at the drop of the hat (and get back to me when she cant take that call straight away) and reassure me through the whole process! I can’t believe I landed this agency!

We were put in touch with Tony at TG Newton by a friend following an anxiety-inducing attempt at selling our property using another agent.
Tony was brilliant from the outset - he was happy to support and offer advice throughout that campaign.
When we were ready to think about selling again, Tony was supportive and reassuring whilst being very clear about the process and ensuring we understood every step.
He was always ready to offer advice when asked and regularly appeased our nerves without a hint of condescension.
I cannot recommend Tony more highly for his sincerity, professionalism, ethics and communication.
