This one here is for the people. My first experience with T. G Newton being the worst ever.

As a tenant - Terribly handled by both Sarah and Amy. Despite comprehensively filling up the condition report, the images on the exit condition report are all so skewed and bias. Some of the paparazzi's that I have ever known! Hope you see what the image really is in VCAT.

Nothing but Greedy!

Amy is an amazing property manager, she is enthusiastic and actually follows up on every issue. She is honest, always keeps us in the loop and is really easy to talk to. Definitely an asset to the agency and I hope she never leaves!

Only suggestion would be to spice up the gift given to new homeowners, but other than that - excellent experience, and well-deserved rating, just look at the other reviews!

Tony is a wonderful person to work with. Due to the current interest rate rise, our borrowing capacity had drastically decreased. With Tony’s experience and professionalism we were able to buy our dream house. He’s reliable, trust worthy and very helpful. He was very approachable and supportive during the entire process.

Sarah looked after us when we were leasing one of the properties she managed. Throughout the whole process, communication was clear, kind and respectful. Sarah was also true to her word and stuck to expected time frames when it came to repairs or any requests. Handing back the property was also a breeze and the final inspection occurred in a timely manner, releasing our bond not long after.

Could not speak highly enough of Georgina and Sarah. Not only did they communicate thoroughly throughout he process but they we're extremely knowledgeable, honest and efficient. I believe it took 3 days to find a tenant for my property from the day we began.
They both made sure I was fully informed throughout the process and comfortable with all the steps taken, they offered their professional advice and we're soo easy to deal with. As a landlord, I feel like my property is in the safest hands possible and could not recommend them enough.

I bought my first home a month ago and Tony Dimopoulos was great to deal with throughout the process. I found Tony to be a genuine, fair, soft-spoken and approachable real estate agent, which was a sharp contrast and very welcome change from the vast majority of agents I'd met during the previous 5+ months of full-time househunting. He made the process of submitting my offer a breeze and was a clear and consistent communicator from the first inspection to settlement. On top of that, I am a fan of TG Newton's policy of only listing properties for private sale at a single price rather than holding an auction; it made the process feel more transparent, fairer, and less stressful. This business might be the closest thing to ethical real estate, certainly that I have come across. I can recommend Tony and TG Newton to buyers, and will be reaching out to them if/when I ever decide to sell.
