44I had to wait 45 minutes, then I got stuck with pushy staff who kept trying to sell me things I didn't want. They had no idea what they were going on about, they totally wasted my time and stuffed me about. Terrible service
Positive:
Bought a wireless dongle in store. Staff friendly, activated it. Working within 2 hours. Paid $79. Very reliable Internet connection.
Negative:
Found out another store selling same dongle $59.
The staff here are awesome and know their stuff. I go out of my way to use the Traralgon store.
Very friendly people serving there. Was greeted and told how long before someone could serve me. They took time to go over things several times when I didn't quite understand and I never felt pressured or pushed. The choices I made were mine. Came away a very happy customer.
