While staff have been somewhat helpful and apologetic, my number is forever tainted because of a wrong button pressed for a simple prepaid to post paid. Now I need a new number as mine won’t work properly on Optus and Telstra won’t port it back (because of in store staff in addition to call centre staff) so I won’t be returning. Don’t recommend.

I normally don’t write reviews but honestly this I had to. Came into the store and advised of a 30mins wait which was fine but I had already explained my situation being a Telstra customer and only needing a temp broadband sim for my mother at the hospital in emergency care.
Spoke to them for 5mins and they told me to wait. After waiting for 10mins I asked again to be told “if you want prepaid you could just buy a sim from coles. We don’t sell prepared sims here”

What was the point of me waiting when I NEEDED TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL and they didn’t even sell the sims there?

Honestly I don’t know why I came back when my first experience was them selling me a $100 month to month mobile Broadband when I could’ve just gotten the wireless Broadband that CAME WITH temporary 4G net.

2 experiences here, 1st time last year they wasted $100 for selling me something that wasn’t needed and now they’ve wasted my time again.

Honestly very disappointed in this. Ive worked in telco for 6 years in retail this isn’t the way to treat your customers.if it wasn’t for the network coverage I honestly wouldn’t even bother coming here.

Not happy went to get direct debit fixed, came out with a binge account and l have been charge he did not tell me, l went back to get help but they wouldnt, went to Wolf Telstra Partner Traralgon and saw Andrea the manager who helped greatly, everyone go to Wolfs!

This store is so useless that I travel half an hour on a train to Warragul to see the legends at Wolf Warragul!

Friendly and professional service with positive can-do attitudes. Clean store and I walked in as an Optus customer and walked out as a Telstra customer. Now I have service.

Sales people that will tell you anything for a sale! Was told id have good internet and phone reception in Jeeralang Junction for it to be lies! Very bad but not as bad as OPTUS! Adleast I have some phone signal and internet even though it drops out all the time. Better something than nothing I guess.

Staff send you somewhere else to get phone sorted. And telstra will not accept proof of age card as ID from someone who doesn't have a driver's licence but already has a telstra account. Very unhappy with telstra.

Useless customer service. Wanted to upgrade phone, have a month left on my contract, nothing they could do without a manager there. Why are you open for! Made my decision easier to go back to Optus

Had a young Lad. Very unsure of his sales skills. Lacks confidence in whats hes selling. We left scratching our heads.and went elsewhere.

Staff were helpful. Still had to j ump through too many Telstra hoops to do what I used to be able to do myself but the store staff were good.

Not very helpful at all. Tried to sell me a something fir $850 that probably wouldn't have worked anyway and had to call telstra to arrange it. Couldn't be done in store

I've recently moved from Telstra to another coverage for my Internet due to everything going up and so is prices to.

Very easy to get to. Easy parking, very professional assistance and advise. Excellent customer service.

Staff weren't overly friendly, and both times had no stock on an advertised phone. Would be great if they could put a sticker saying "not in stock" to avoid future issues of customers waiting for the employees to check the store room.

Staff were sort of helpful. They didn't call me back like they said they would. Bit I think they resolved the issue.

Booked an appointment, rocked up they had no idea had to go ask and confirm my appointment, had no knowledge at all about what I needed. Ending googling the answer I was after while still in there. Then they said your better off going to jb hi fi.
JB HI FI were fantastic.

The person who served me was friendly and helpful but his product knowledge needed to be better.

Unfortunately Telstra have NIL customer service which in itself is disgusting TBH, however today the Telstra shop in Taralgon was great i guess its small teams like this holding the company together cheers Taralgon

The service was excellent I would highly recommend.
