Possibly the worst Telstra experience EVER. Rude and disrespectful and absolutely ZERO skills in simple customer service. It will be far easier to contact the overseas call centre. This store needs some serious culture training and help with interaction of genuine customers. Will never return and tell everyone this.

Currently do not have to wear mask to enter store which was great as I forgot mine as per usual. Customer service fantastic, efficient, friendly and helpful. Any problems come back.

No, my last transactional experience at Telstra Store Traralgon was far from satisfactory. Purchased an Evoke Pro Prepaid Smart Phone and wasn't told it was locked to the network until I tried a competitor's sim card service. This was suppose to be my main work mobile phone but has been nothing but a disaster. Don't bother - try another provider.

My daughter had her phone stolen on a Sunday, Matthew from Telstra Traralgon is a God send! He helped with the process of blocking, insurance, replacement sim, follow up care and then asked if there was anything else he could help with. Telstra, DO NOT LET HIM GO! Thank you Matthew for making everything so much better and easier.

Went in on Saturday to sort out an amount owing in a bill. Got served by rudest person ever.blonde female with huge neck tattoo. Rude from the instant I walked in.no greeting and didn't offer her name, seemed very annoyed to be at work. Got very aggressive with each question I asked and would interrupt me each time I tried to speak. Eventually, I had to talk to someone else over her shoulder in order to get a proper answer.said goodbye and she ignored me. Said it again, ignored again. Just snapped at her that she was 'charming' and walked out.

Telstra are an inept company with no regard for their customers, and this store is no different. The staff do nothing to help you through the bureaucratic nightmare of being a Telstra customer. I got more help solving my problem by talking to the overseas call centre, and that's saying something.

Went into the Traralgon Telstra and i was rudely told to stop and stay outside without an explanation.after waiting 10 minutes i got served by someone about my signal repeater i order in and wasn't given any detail about the product and when question they had no clue worst customer service.

Interesting store. Some staff are exceptionally helpful and go all out to find you the best deal and reveal all the options. Others seem to need a lot of prompting to get any information and the customer experience is less satisfying. However, my instore experience has always been OK, and often excellent.

Decent staff. Besides that.barely; above average telstra store. Staff gave good advice. Store was semi-clean. Meh. Go your local store; nothing that special here.

2nd star for getting better, the whole telstra brand, over the last few years. Zzz.

Been a loyal customer for over 8 years. Had my car, phone, wallet all stolen. They wouldn't allow me to replace my simcard without photo ID. They were not helpful or understanding at all!

So went to Optus in Morwell, and bam! With just my Medicare card were able to transfer my mobile from Telstra, so I could keep my mobile number and start me up with a new plan. Thanks Optus for your understanding! Good bye Telstra!

Friendly staff, if your a Telstra customer it helps with waiting time as you don’t need to stay in the store as they will send you a message when your next in line.

Solved my problem, I came in to return an item, left with it and a new phone. The "Chat" is useless. From now on I'm going in store.

I find the staff there unwilling to help. Tried to get help relating to a bill. The staff member had no idea what the items on the account meant and instead of looking into the matter, just decided to make something up and said the bill had to be paid. On calling Telstra, it turned out the additional amount of $240 was a clerical error and was not meant to be paid. That staff member had no clue and didn't care

Was told it was a 45 minute wait which is far too long, we just walked out. Really need more staff on Saturday mornings.
