This place lies I clearly told them I wanted a prepaid cell phone for travelers and they tried to hide it even though it was there and forced me to sign up for a monthly fee When I realized it was a scam and tried to leave, the staff laughed and asked me if I was sure Do not go here ever.
Tried to activate my prepaid sim online, which didn't work due to an error. In the store they didn't want to help me anymore because the store was gonna close, was still open for more than half an hour. 0 service.
Equipment returned being assessed as faulty under warranty.cooked itself melted plastic cover or partially melted.heard supposed to shut down.didn't
Not replaced just yet christine but yes it's not good.
Cable burnt my fingers not realising it was so hot.
There was a guy working in this store, he wasnt helpful at all. I went for nbn connection issue, and he turned me away to other store immediately saying it’s fully booked till next Monday, and I was devastated as I explained to him it’s been back and forth with telstra for almost a week. But! When I check online next available appointment in fact is on Sun. He doesn’t bother to check it for me. He is very impatient and just wanted to get ride of people.

They don't pick up your call, making you wait on the line for ever.
When you go yo their store, to book am appoint, they warn you MAYBE they can serve you. Maybe not, depending whether other customers turn up.

Had a mobile transfer issue that I needed help with, the lady who booked us in managed expectations very well, and Josh who helped us was very professional and super helpful with solving the issue! Super happy with the process, which hasn’t been the case at other Telstra branches. Thanks Josh!

Pointless having a shop if all they can do is to give an appointment 3 days later. Not even a basic question can be responded. Also to buy a phone you need an appointment.
Further to your comment, we are all busy but 5 people in there and zero customers; two of the staff did even bother to listen and answer a really basic question. We all wasted time after all. What is the point of being there to welcome customer if you don`t have tools or care to help.
I don't often go into a Telstra store, I was only there trying to do the right thing.
The staff were friendly but couldn't help.
It must be a tough job, yes they've got a great network but their plans are too expensive, IMO.
Got a faulty product and they refuse to replace, customer service staff said there only 48hrs to replace a faulty product. Totally a disaster.
Had a problem changing over to an eSIM for my iPhone 14. Went in and the manager fixed it while I waited. Very happy with the service and the smiles!
I waited over 30 mins to get someone to ask simple questions… while I was waiting staffs were playing with their phone and chatting to each other. I cannot believe this…

My boyfriend and I just arrived in Australie and urgently needed a sim card. This telstra store was the closest so we went there, and were glad we did! Jessa took care of us and she did a wonderful job! She made us feel really comfortable and was so helpful. She presented options that would suit us best and then proceeded giving us sim cards, phone numbers, etc. She even helped us set the app and made sure everything was working well for us. She answered our questions with great clarity. She provided a great service and is still providing it! All in all, we're very satisfied and would recommend to anybody to go to this store (and if Jessa is the one taking care of you, know that you're in great hands)!
I have ordered the new phone14 on 16th of September, system showed up dispatched but I still haven’t got the phone, they kept on sending it to the wrong address after when I called every 2nd day to update correct the address for Re delivery. Telstra told me when order is dispatched they can not update anything when on the tracking website it literally says contact Telstra to confirm address. It’s been a month since I ordered and the delivery is still stuck in transit:) I then spoke with 3 different people to cancel the order, but they tell me it’s in process so they can not action anything.there is no one at Telstra that cares about the customer experience or knows what they are doing. I was excited to get a new phone now its giving me ptsd thinking about why I decided to order it from Telstra a month ago. Should’ve just gone with Apple store.
Showed up to the store to get help, staff were rude and unhelpful. Ashamed to have been a Telstra 'customer'.
So understaffed. Waited over an hour to be seen. By that time I had gone to another Telstra store and been helped. Telstra is very lucky they have as many loyal customers as they have.
Nice store layout. Friendly staff. The semi private sections for talking to customers is a nice touch.
Went here today then to the highpoint store and it was like night and day. Staff we're friendly and helpful, the highpoint store was the complete opposite. Seems like Telstra needs to send the manager from this store to the highpoint one and teach them a thing or two about basic respect and customer service. Thanks again guys.
I went to this place 3 month ago for a SIM issue, they opened a support case and told me it normally takes 2 weeks to get an update and they will call me by then. And that's it, no one ever contacted my after my visit, I've called them 3 times to ask for an update, or even just let me they are still following it up, but I got nothing. Eventually, I went to a difference Telstra store to solve my problem.
