Telstra Shop

Although I was not considered an unexpected bill, Sasha from the customer advisor team helped me to sort out an outstanding bill. Big plus for the customer service of today, not so good for the team that didn’t cancelled my account correctly a year ago.

Eventually helpful by the third visit. There needs to be a better way to schedule times to assist customers. Initially was told at 3pm that there were no times available until the following day. I called in later and was told anytime after 7pm. I eventually had to get a Samsung damage report on my device in order to get their attention.

A big spacious shop with all the phones you could want to choose from. Very helpful and friendly staff. You may have to wait some time's as it does get very busy.

I was told I have to wait for 1 hour to talk to someone about purchasing a new plan. Looking around there were 2 other Telstra employees chatting to eachother instead of helping customers. Looks like Telstra is not interested in new customers.no wonder their shares are tanking.

Long wait but they take your number and you go off spending your money and they call you when it's your turn. You walk in and are seen to immediately by well-versed staff. Simple. My problem was solved.

Even though I'm not a Telstra customer they helped me move my contacts and messages over from my old iPhone to my new one by plugging it in their computer it cost me $30 but save me so much time and effort.

Some staffs are rude and no respect to customers. Don't know what's customer service is and how important your facial expression and tone of the voice which made me feel untrustworthy.

Yeah I like to shop. I was having endless problems with my phone and I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Something as simple as having too many browsers open the man helped me immediately and everything was good and so was my phone. So I was pretty happy about that.

This store is in wrong hands. Customer service is 0. Made same mistakes twice. Gave them a call asked them for a particular phone in stock. That said yes and when reached store in 20-30 minutes they said it's sold out. Well they never had them in stock said the manager. Lied to me twice and then they say it's a human error.

If you love hanging around for an hour plus to be served as a business customer then this is the place for you.

Over the phone one thing and another in store. However, regardless who is right or wrong - one should NEVER make the customer feel stupid and should always direct them in the right direction. This store has made me question my plan with telstra (which is not cheap) and I will be swapping to another provider when this plan runs out.

Really amazing service from Erica at the store; she took the time to understand what I needed out of my phone and helped me get the best possible one. She went above and beyond and obviously knew her stuff. Thanks for the new phone guys!

Got my Australian prepaid SIM here and everything went smoothly. I even forgot my travel book and they held onto it until I got it back. Nice folk

Excellent service. Ivan is the man to go at this place. He knows all of the services thoroughly!
I went here hoping to get only some information about broadband connection, as I reached there by 6: 30 or so, but was able to walk out with a modem!
And the shop is open till 7PM, which is convenient if you want to visit this place on weekdays.

The staff in here were very helpful and knowledgeable, when it came to organising my mobile plan. Was good to have a good face to face experience that was positive. Would definitely go in there again if i needed to.
