Easily the best store service ive had in a long time, made the switch from optus to telstra and the move couldn't have been any easier. The store manager Cameron was very helpful, i will be back.

Certain things they can't do because they are a franchise. Also they don't hold stock of some phones & I'd have to sign up before they would order one in (that they have on display) As they don't have in stock they then try to up sell. Disappointing

Young Asian staff was amicable and explained everything in detail about the plan which I had and also told me about the lock-in contract details to whom I need to contact. Thank you, Telstra (Victoria garden) staff is best.

Not a telstra shop! Had to return a modem and was told by Telstra to take it back to any Telstra shop. Made an appointment on line with "Telstra" in Victoria Gardens - when I got there was told "we are not a telstra shop just a franchise" and they couldn't help me. When I made the booking online I stated the reason for the appointment. Staff must not read their appointments for the day or they are too slack to bother letting customers know that they cannot help them before you turn up for a booked appointment. Great customer service. The Indian girl was very rude and dismissive. This reflects badly on Telstra (like they needed more hits to their reputation) and I will never visit that store again. = I'm no longer with Telstra.

I have always had the best experience dealing with the Richmond team. They are more helpful than even the call center staff. They go above and beyond. Dion today was fabulous and was able to rectify my problem I have had for 2 days in 10 mins. Thank you!

Selena is the best, she provided the best customer service in Melbourne I would say. It’s very hard to find good customer service in Australia as hardly anyone makes an effort they all are lazy and want to get their job done.
Where as she was dedicated and the whole process of buying a iPhone 11pro went on so smooth that it more looked like a retreat. Got free phone cover, portable charger etc.best store to visit.

Worst customer service ever. Cindy wasn’t understanding the problem. Just being defensive rather than acknowledging the problem.

Spent nearly 1 hr to buy 1 prepaid mobile modem. They just make you take a seat and come to you after 30mins even if the whole place is empty.

Very rude sales woman. Wasted my time visiting this centre as she had zero interest to help me or in what I had to say.

If could I’ll give them zero star. Staff forgot what they promise you, I told them stop my plan by the end of month, then they go through all the paperwork with you, at the end they totally forgot what they have to do. Do not come to this Telstra if you don’t want to make yourself in trouble!

To the lady who tried to rip me $438 because my S8+ wasnt out of the box perfect for my lease plan, and then try and tell me if it was perfect it was $308 your a money hungry fraud. How dare you shake my hand, pretend to be my friend, and then try and get me to hand over money for something that should have costed me nothing you snake.

Said ill go somewhere else and i did, got the new S10+ with a great plan in the melbourne city and PAID NOTHING. Avoid this place they just want your money.

Really disappointed

The staff told me that I dont need to pay the connection fee when I signed the NBN contract.

Now I notice that I still have to pay the connection fee. I went to the store three times and every times I went they told me “I need to contact with the manager. ” Unfortunately, nothing got resolved.

The new Telstra store in Vic Gardens was very nice and clean! I personally liked the private booths which gave a cosy a feel to my visit and made discussions with the staff more personal. The staff and management there were very friendly that assisted my family and myself very quickly with high enthusiastic engery that definitely made us feel welcomed!

Keep up the excellent customer service Telstra Vic Gardens! I'll be back for many more good phone deals and future phone upgrades!

After sourcing different mobile providers, I've made my choice with Telstra because of their service and staff. The Telstra Richmond team has opened a new store which also made my experience a comfortable one. I now have all my accounts with Telstra. Positive staff members and the mobile plans are excellent. The telstra network's speed works well for my day to day use. Thanks again! Matt

I've had cause to visit this Telstra outlet on a number of occasions. I was served by Danny today and he was great. Angie has served me previously and she too was great. So it seems the standard here is generally pretty good.

Judy is amazing! She goes above and beyond for her customers and makes the whole process seamless. I recommend her to all my family and friends in the area.

Danny, the new chum at the Telstra Victoria Gardens Store could not have been more helpful. He willingly took our iPhone 4 and transferred all its data onto our iPhone 5. The photos took overnight, so we left it with him and picked it up the next day, with no charge. I can thoroughly recommend Danny at the Victoria Gardens Telstra Store. His happy demeanour and attitude towards Customer Service made it a pleasure to deal with him.
