my friend and i went to telstra at 3pm and they were closing at 4pm. Marcus upgraded both our phones and made sure to help us the best he could.he was determined to get us done quickly within the hour.very professional and am so appreciative marcus could help us get what we needed done in the time he had.couldn’t recommend enough!
I arrived 3 mins before they finish up for the day but Jorge (George) went out of his way to make sure he activated my eSIM. Thank you so much man! Excellent customer service!
Seriously terrible experience. Came in to get a sim card. Already had an account with Telstra. Was told that I have to make an appointment for another day when they’ve no next customer to serve. Unacceptable behaviour from the assistant manager called Bea. Confrontational and refused to serve me when it’s urgent for me to get a sim only plan for work. I don’t know since when customers are treated so badly in a store. Unreasonably ineffective citing policies and procedures for call back customers. Truly inconvenient and terrible. Faster to order it online!
Staff were all super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Best customer service of all the Telstra stores I’ve been too!
Terrible customer service, incompetent staff not able to execute straight forward tasks. Avoid if possible.
Staff member wanted me to wait 40 mins before he could serve us.
Then he said if you come after 4 we can’t help you because we close at 5 PM.
Which means they need one hour to do one sign up.
Whereas other telstra stores take 30-40 mins max.
Clearly he didn’t want to serve me.
Then I was told students can’t get a device on contract and yoh should go to optus.
The store owner must he suffering from major loss of customer due to these 2 employees.
It’s a bad experience with customer service. I had an appointment to buy an iPhone at 1 pm. When I arrived, the manager asked me to wait for 5 minutes while he was sitting and doing nothing. After 15 minutes of waiting, his staff Nathan served us well, but the manager's attitude was terrible. I would never walk in there again.
Shocking service and a waste of time. Waited over 45 minutes for someone who advised they don’t accept bill payments and then didn’t know a thing about the phone I asked about. Why even have a shop?
Niamh/Neuve (sorry I am not sure of the name) was extremely helpful with my query. She even checked my plan and suggested a better option. Was very open to all my questions. I really like this store vs the massive Bourke street one that has very bad customer service. Vic garden store always offer service with a smile. Keep it up guys!
It was a very bad experience with purchasing screen protector. The price isn't cheap and there is no tools in store to do the attachment. Dust stuck inside first, then bubbles and more dust caused when staff trying to fix it, which replacement should be offered. Just focusing on saving money instead of service.
Have been trying all week to ring this store (Telstra Victoria Gardens) to see if they have a product in stock before going all the way out there. Have left messages for someone to call me back but NOT received any response at all

The staff at the Telstra Vic Gardens were so lovely, professional and incredibly helpful. The service I received was so fantastic and they got me set up with a new mobile phone plan in less than 20 minutes. Will definitely be coming back soon!

I changed all my services to other providers because they were rude and unhelpful
I had to go to the store three times and call the customer service line 5 times and my issue is still unsolved.
Telstra is definitely going down
Frowned upon to myself and my partner because of our age. They assured us that when we purchased a phone it would be all set up in-store, and it wasn't, and were then asked to leave. We were advised to return at another time, and when we did we were told to take the phone elsewhere to complete the set up. We were given a phone number to call for assistance and when we did call we got an answering machine and have had no reply. Other customers were being served during our meeting. Felt very unwelcome and extremely humiliated throughout it all.
Served by the rudest guy named Robert. Told the women who worked there she was too incompetent to help me then couldn’t even though he was completely clueless? Seriously Telstra - fix your employees

Horrible customer service, the manager Cameron was extremely rude and wasn’t willing to help me. I have been into this store several times and staff members sit on their phones or continue talking while customers are waiting.
Honestly one of the worst customer experiences I have faced. I went in to try change my phone plan over from another service and they couldn't have cared less, and weren't phased about getting my business. I had to push for them to suggest options for me, and just had an apathetic attitude the whole time serving me. I ended up leaving the store with no plan and they were happy for me to leave unsatisfied. Just cannot believe the level of service these Telstra stores provide to their customers, as this is the second bad experience I have had, despite going out of my way to give them my business. I will not be returning.
