Here at tecs i get looked after very well here they know customer service better here than actually Scorptec does and when it comes to warranty tecs fix it for you and gives you a new replacement not like Scorptec they are screw ups

Got an MSI gaming laptop from Tecs a year ago for a decent price. The laptop battery was draining far too quickly, so I returned it to take a look at it. They replaced the battery in a very reasonable amount of time, technician called me personally the same day it arrived to arrange a up pickup. Overall, nice business, highly recommend.

Excellent service and friendly staff. They were more than happy to go the extra mile in customer service, when then did not have to.

After churning through several ''çheap' Laptops in the past, this time went to Tecs and bought a great Laptop in 2013 which has lasted me till now. I got great deal on a new Laptop today so I'll be enjoying another long run using my quality Laptop, Tecs have done a few jobs for me like extracting data from dead External hard Drives and I'd recommend them for good honest service. They must be good they don't need business, went in to enquire about a computer repair. One person serving, so I waited and just watched the other employee playing on their phone. Great service if you're willing to wait for the one employee to help, I assume he's good as it looks like he's doing the majority of the work. But you'll get frustrated just waiting and watching the other guy not care that you're there, I left without even so much as a "hello" or a "be with you shortly"

Helpful, friendly staff, even after hours when they were trying to leave for the night. We bought two laptops and they are great. Heavy power cords, not ideal for transporting, but can't fault Tecs Pty Ltd.

This was my first purchase at TECS, and I was immediately impressed with a “can-do-attitude” when it came to the delivery and hand over of my order.

These guys know what customer wants good knowledge of the devices.
My case brought MSI PS63 with additional 1 TB samsung ssd drive. At time of purchase they do not have the drive ready so they ordered it. Drive not came even after 3 weeks, so they called me and given A-DATA ssd drive with out charging anything extra

Bought a laptop from there 3 years ago and although it was out of warranty Mostafa went above and beyond to help me with my issues in the most cost effective way. Would highly reccomend!

Some decent enthusiant stuff as long as you like MSI and thermaltake. For guys who work in a PC store the level of staff autism is surprisingly low.

I just found their sites today, I am really impressed on the service Musthafa did, He is a miracle.

The Guys at Tecs were absolutely wonderful to deal with - my computer needed replacing parts and they were able to suggest an appropriate spec list with my budget in mind.
