Absolutely incredible staff! Over the long (and probably for them, tedious) decision making process of mine, every staff member I was assisted by was phenomenal! So patient in answering my questions, never tried to ridiculously over or up sell to me - honestly could not fault their service!

Great prices - Went looking to buy an MSI CH110 gaming chair, Harvey Norman had it at $499 which was their maximum discount, Tecs had it fo $449, a price so good Harvey Norman refused to match it.

In terms of service, the staff here are really easy to deal with and happy to take the time to help you.

Their on-hand stock and shop layout is really good - Plenty of things on display (which is becoming a rare thing nowadays with computer shops).

Tecs is now my first of call when I want to go browsing through a computer shop.

Bought a PC designed around efficiently running an Nvidia RTX 3090 for machine learning purposes and they definitely delivered! I set it all up for dual booting Ubuntu and Windows 10 and Model training has never been so fast! I ordered it on a Monday and received the PC on Wednesday the same week. Have been buying from them for the past 8 years and will continue to do so. Thanks Tecs!

PS: As someone who has built PC's and Servers for a living, my advice is, let these guys do it for you. They do it for a very reasonable price and you will never have to deal with faulty parts out of the box which unfortunately may happen, and the time and stress of troubleshooting that is definitely not worth all the trouble. Imagine getting a well built PC and enjoying the thing that you actually bought the PC for in the first day! (Unless you want to experience PC building yourself which is a good skill to have) :)

Bought my laptop here 2 years ago and have frequently gone in to get it fixed and serviced. Friendly and helpful staff with a quick repair turnaround to replace batteries.

My mum ordered (for me) an Infinity O5-4R7G5-888 laptop on Tecs' online store, the next day she got a call from the shop asking if we were going to be home for it to be delivered later that day, when she confirmed we would, the person on the phone (I think his name was Mick) said that he'll see if he could get someone to deliver it to us before 5: 30pm, otherwise it would arrive the following day. He actually delivered it personally the same day he called & I met with him outside the front of my house and recieved the laptop. Very good service, & the laptop was exactly as advertised on their online store, and so far it's working brilliantly.

Mustafa is one of the best support for any electronic issues and deals…
He is professional, decent nice and polite.
He takes enough time to explain everything to his clients.
He solved many problems that others couldn’t. Highly recommended to everyone.

Extremely good service, Low fee for diagnostics and replaced an RTX 3080 in under a week which would usually take months. Hight recommend!

I wanted to personally thank Mick from Tecs for being absolutely incredible. I ordered my PC and said I wanted it today. Within 2.5 hours, the pc was at my house delivered. I always use Tecs for my PC needs. They sell the best computers for the best price, and the service is incredible. I even got a follow up call to ensure I received the product.

Great service and helpful advice. Advertised a price online which was different in store but they honoured the lower price. Will definitely buy from them again.

Helpful staff here who helped me with upgrading some parts of my laptop. My laptop was older so we weren't sure if the parts in store would work, but they reassured me we could try it out and I only needed to pay if the upgrade succeeded.

My friend also brought in their laptop with one port that was a bit winky, and they agreed to help fix it up at no extra cost.

Bought a hardrive for a laptop that I didn't realise I had broken, they sorted me out with an external enclosure and helped solved my problem. Very friendly service

It was my fault NOT knowing an external graphics card won’t work on a laptop (to boost its graphics output), but they allowed me to get it 90% refunded with a charge of 10% restocking fee (for sending it back). Honestly I am satisfied with this solution, 10% is a reasonable price to pay for my lack of basics. As your customer for once, I appreciate the care, regards.
