Great customer service, I bought MSI 24” 1080p monitor, staff was very supportive and helped me with monitor stand as I didn’t have a screw driver. Highly recommended.

I took my nephew who is visiting from Gippsland into Tecs today. He was really impressed with the store and then worked up the courage to ask if they had any old parts that they didn’t need. Frank their tech guy went out of his way and put together a very generous box of parts that will help him with his PC build. Such a friendly group of staff that really made my nephews day! I ordered a high-end workstation (7950X + 4090) from Tecs and they were great - very communicative during the build, explaining different options and results.
Machine was built beautifully too, and performs well.

Amazing service, I bought some ram and it didn’t work with my computer because it turned out my computer was broken, so they offered to try and see if they could fix it free of charge and gave me a refund when it didn’t work
