Taco Bill - Bentleigh

Staff were lovely. Margarita was okay. Enchiladas appeared to be microwaved; chicken and herb gave me food poisoning and the shredded beef was more like an inedible puree filling that I wouldn't even feed my dog. Save yourself the disappointment and 3am vomit session.

Loved this place! The food was fresh and tasty. Staff were very helpful and attentive and covid safety was addressed at every point. The nachos were amazing and tacos were generously filled and delicious! Highly recommended!

Food very very average no margaritas on the night and general dirty feel to the place. For example floor dirty and menu’s sticky which is not a great outcome in covid environment. Not that hard to cleanup.

We usually love Taco Bill {South Melbourne and Black Rock}but this meal/whole experience was terrible. Dried chicken and beef, everything microwaved, beans mushy looked disgusting, hot chips cold. Nachos were just ok, hardly any guocamole on them. When I told the manager the meal was very ordinary he didn't seem to care. The place needs a good clean too, graffiti on toilet walls, grubby floors, etc. Very, very poor restaurant and service. Advice, cook fresh food DONOT MICROWAVE any meals. It doesn't work. So disappointed!

Used to purchase from here all the time, but nachos are very poor now. Ingredients only on the top layer now. Have advised girl on the phone multiple times, however this didn't change anything. Purchasing from a different location now, despite Bentleigh being so close to home. Upsetting.

Ordered by Uber Eats Fajitas. When food is arrived was cold and not tasty.

Worst Mexican 'food' I've ever had. I'm surprised the place is still in businesses.

The food wasn’t too good but it wasn’t bad, maybe I just don’t like Mexican food that much as I’ve only eaten a meal only like 3 times.

Entree, mains and dessert was all brought together to the table. Also found a hair in the chips.

Visited with the eat club offer. Even with the discount I don't think it's worth eating here. The staff were extremely friendly but the food was bland and you could tell most of it was just heated up in the microwave.
A shame - the chain is going down hill.

Worst money spend ordered online stuffed jalapenos turned out they were frozen soo low quality ordered delgado also worst money spend.

It was okay. We had a two hour wait between entree and main.they clearly make most of their income from the drinks while you're waiting for food ($40 for a slushy with 2 shots of Midori in it).
Nice if you want to get roudy with a bunch of friends, as the manager is chilled out about the noise and mess.
Would go again, but definitely not with kids or anyone I might want to impress.

I had some tacos delivered and they were kinda disappointing. They tasted really bland and there was a tiny tiny bit of cheese, some sad lettuce and a bit of salsa on some dry chicken.
The delivery time was pretty fast, but I'd rather wait a bit longer if it means the food is nicer.

You'd think if you booked a table for a very large group (30+ people) you would put extra staff on to compensate. Service was appalling. Meals took forever, the management or owner was yelling at his staff. Very unprofessional. A lot of mistakes with the orders.

The most average Mexican meal I have ever had.
Rang the manager to offer feedback and he accused me of hustling. Keep my money and seriously the worst dinning experience of my life.

Was a pretty average dinner - nachos ok (but only just), Tacos were pretty ordinary, Fajita was hugely overpriced for what you get, and the Avacado Del Mar was just unappealing (at least the seafood). For the cost of a dinner (which was very high for a casual family dinner) - i’d stay home and invest the 10-15 mins preparation time for nachos and tacos rather than come back.

Smallest portions for the biggest buck. Save yourselves the money and head down to Mexico City down the road instead!
