The staff were very nice, being able to recommend items, cater to our requests and overall presented themselves well.

The atmosphere certainly did NOT disappoint, with there being quite a lot of decor and a nice feel/atmosphere.

Though the food lacked quite a bit, for starters, the tacos weren't flavourful at all, and in my opinion were bland. I asked for some Jalapenos to add some spice or a kick to it, but the Jalapenos weren't good either.

I also ordered a Slushie Jug, and it was very difficult to pour, when stirred as well, still difficult. (We ended up spilling some after it suddenly came down.) Surely a spoon or a ladle should be given to assist in the pouring.

Ignore the old reviews, new owners. Service was good, food came out promptly. Our meals were delicious, we all walked out having eaten far too much. Set to be a great local Mexican restaurant if they keep it up. Free sombrero too. We went on a Friday night but looks like they have some solid mid-week specials available.

The ambiance is very rich within love and helpful staff across the place and the food is what gonna make you feel more craving for the excellent blend of spices. Worthy and genuinely recommend

It was one of my best experience, the environment at this place was awesome, so welcoming, hygiene friendly and interior is fantastic. The food was so good, well prepared and presentation was really great and the staff is very friendly and attentive. Really recommend. If you like Mexican food you going to love this place.

This is my favourite Taco Bill in Melbourne. The food is consistently delicious and it is served quickly and with a huge smile from the staff. Entry is flat, which is good for those in wheelchairs or mobility issues. Parking is easy and plentiful.

First time there, great meal, they were short staffed in the kitchen and front of house. The ladies serving were very friendly and apologised for long wait time between courses. We will go back.

Been going to Taco Bill for 20 years (since I was 4) and they have always been a comfort food for me and my family. We have celebrated many birthdays there. Our favourite meal is La Combination.

Taco Bill's is great for a quick bite for 2, a family dinner or a dinner out with friends. The frozen margaritas are absolutely the best, the nachos are always very good and their are many, many vegetarian options to choose from. However disappointingly my partner's meal (Chili soft shell tacos) had to be sent back as they were cold, possibly sitting there while my meal was being cooked. However that aside if you want some basic Mexican with a great drink in a casual environment, then you should definitely go to Taco Bill's. 1.10 thanks to the owner for responding to feedback and yes can't wait for lockdown to end so can come in for nachos and margaritas! 16.4 OK the 2nd time in a row where they have brought our main meals out while only part way through nachos. Please stop doing this Taco Bill's! Also interestingly while chili con carne is not on menu as a main, you can still order it, while coffee, which is on the menu, you can no longer order. 31.8 8am husband asked if wanted to go to Taco Bill's said no, 5pm, yes let's go, sometimes you just need a margarita!

Came in for a meal again and Was served by the same lovely young man who is really friendly and helpful. He made us the best Margheritas. From memory I think he said his name was Lucas.
Very refreshing to have someone so nice and friendly to serve us

I've been meaning to write a review, I've come for dinner here 5 times in a little over a month with friends and have had the best waiter look after us he’s so nice, I asked his name and told me its Lucas. He always makes sure everything is OK, “are you enjoying your meals” “Is there anything else I can get you” ect. The drinks he makes are the absolute best, I love his lemon lime and bitters. He also made the best death by chocolate dessert. It's an absolute breath of fresh air when me as a customer is treated so well.
The only thing I'm disappointed about is while I'm there there's been a couple of the waitresses that just sit at the register and they are constantly on there phones while our waiter is doing everything

Came in last night, delicious meal, had a really nice young guy serve us. He was so nice. Made sure we were very well looked after. He served us delicious drinks and I had this amazing death by chocolate. Omg it was so good that I wanted more lol. Will be back again

This place has the worst customer service ever and the worst food they don’t listen to the customer or try to fix the situation! They also get orders wrong and argue with you about it

Quality of the food here has dropped right off since last year, they have changed some of the ingredients in the burritos and quesadilla's, now it tastes very plain and they just use chunks of beef in the filling which is disappointing. Way too expensive for what it is IMO.

AMAZING service! There was a waitress I think her name was Rachel and she was so friendly and helpful! Will definitely be coming back:)

Great service and great food, the owner is very friendly and gave me a free drink for my birthday and the margarita bowls are to die for.

Great food, great service and best of all it is all the price was fair. Will 100% be coming back here in the near future.

Generally me and my partner enjoy dining in at Taco Bill South Melbourne. However when we get takeaway from Bentleigh the chips are soggy by the time we get to the car. A friendly suggestion to do some product testing as the packaging you are using for the chips is obviously cost effective because it does little to maintain the quality of food being produced. This isn’t fair on the hard working kitchen staff as their work is poorly represented.
